I just don't see us going with Sadiq. Stowers in 2 is a better fit. Of course with a revamped offense that could change too. We could opt to take an OT later, a guy like Blake Miller. So really it's all up in the air as to who goes at 23. There is no wrong answer. Whoever we take will help this team.Having 4 picks in the first 3 rounds is great for us. Miller projecting to go in early 2 or at most the tail end of 1,so possibly we move down from 23 to 30-35 for added picks. Going to be very interesting how we play this. Dropping back for Miller and using that added pick(or some pick) to move up for Stowers? Sounds like a plan. With Pryor now gone and Becton gone, RG is still a spot we need to find a long term solution for

Eagles like Steen already backed him as the starter for next season. So seems at least for next season Steen will get another opportunity

Mundt here as the new blocking TE and graded very well at it. Calc is back as a receiving TE. Image we still want one more TE be curious to see what type of TE we will want I could see us going either way a Stowers who I am extremely high on or a guy like Roush who more traditional TE massive too at 6’6 270

This doesn't put us out of the top TE conversation, in fact you have 2 b/u TEs right now. They still need that starter and we've seen Calcatera as our 1 when Dallas was hurt and know we need better still.

Did I say we were out of a top TE Stowers and Roush are both seen very highly in scouting circles.

Stowers is probably the #2 TE behind Sadiq. We could still sign a FA as well.

But I also said I think we get a 3rd TE and listed a few guys I thought it could be

I thinking the Eagles want to go younger and cheaper at TE why I’m leaning us drafting a guy over signing a bigger name TE like Geodart or Njoku

The Eagles like Steen again they openly supported him as the starter right at the combine. Not saying I agree with it but doesn’t sound like we have any intention of replacing Steen as the RG this season either

Klare is another good option… reports are now coming out we are trying to workout a deal with Geodart be curious if that changes our approach at TE during the draft

Granted if you get Geodart back as the starter gives more time to develop a guy like Stowers(if drafted) as a blocker and could still see a role in packages at TE…. Assuming Mannion looking to use 2 & 3 TE sets like GB did.

Calc and Stowers would fit a similar role but don’t think anyone would mind a upgrade over Calc

It’s fitting that on the same day we learned that Josh Uche won’t be returning to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2026, we also learned that Azeez Ojulari won’t be back with the Birds.

I have not heard that AJ does, or does not, want to be an Eagle. Just because a reporter says it, does not make it true…see all the bullshot mainstream media reports for proof.

Everything I have heard directly from AJ has been positive…some frustration comes out at times, but he is a competitor. He is there EVERY day and sees his QB’s mistakes, misreads, etc.
