How would the scales be balanced? Siri wants to maintain control…how much of the staff remains loyal to him?

lol I don’t go off fake news like you with made up nonsense. Nothing points to Siri having any control issues or loyalty problems.

Focus more on the reports coming out on our QB where there is smoke generally fire and LOTS of negative reports regarding QB1 that’s where my concern is at not with the HC that does nothing but win through all the chaos he has to weather

Two interesting names to look at for WR in free agency Doubs(GB) and Tutu Atwell(Rams) both give experience in the system Mannion should be installing.

We don’t really know details at all. It was rumored Siri would give up complete autonomy to the OC candidate most demanding it. Benefit of Mannion for Siri could be he hasn’t developed as much yet. Goes concerning whole O scheme….and experience/wisdoms.

So nothing stating Mannion was that top elite most experienced candidate dictating his power over the O.

Siri has admitted to understanding fully he needs and is looking for new ideas.

Evidently not…from all I hear from you.

List all those that are Eagles fans that don't want to win

Siri also realizes he needs guys that can coach the players.

You’re talking about everything but chasing championships with most all you say.

Mannion played under Mcvay, O’Connell and coached under Lafluer I think he has a pretty strong grasp of the system.

As for the details no we are not certain but really strong sign he is getting the opportunity to bring his offense is him hiring his own guys. Lot of turnover on the O staff

Ham loves TMZ rumors 🤣 He also has a subscription to Star Magazine

It’s there…much more than even just our Solar System out there. We are just a spec in the spiral arm of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Also the fact that this was a drawn out interview process that Siri, Howie, Lurie were all involved in. If nothing else they deserve the benefit of the doubt on these deep hires generally when they give this level of attention they make a good hire even if the guy is relatively unknown to the fans

Why are you choosing to remain ignorant regarding Hurts pay? Go look at the cash ge gets each year compared to the other QBs.

If Ignorance is bliss, Ham is the happiest guy on earth

So what have you heard that he’s getting Kliff Kingsbury, Kubiak…Dabol treatment?

Yet you say early wins or playing games 1 week at a time don't mean anything LMAO

What have you heard that he isn’t? Looking at the signs getting his own staff in place is a big sign he is getting the opportunity to run his own O.

He decided on who left and who stayed. Mannion was reported to have offered Stout a place on staff but he turned it down. Mannion hired Mahaffey as his run game coordinator and TE coach, reports he is hiring a new QB coach guy he is connected to in Greg Olsen, Kuper has connection to Mannion who was on the Vikings as a QB.

I think Mannion will also get frustrated trying to teach Hurts how to play QB

My only real concern is Mannion having to change his scheme because of Hurts just like Moore had to because Hurts couldn’t handled it.

Kyle Pitts is a free agent he would seem like a good fit in Mannion system that requires a TE. Pitts has been a disappointment for the most part compared to his hype but he is a solid blocker that is very strong receiving threat get him going off play actions and watch out

Also only what 25 can still easily be part of the long term core if we wanted him to be

IDK if he has full autonomy it's not going to end well. whatever "scheme" he has planned will revert back to the KISS offense

I wanted him in that draft. Atl has no clue how to use the guy

Interesting QB names that could backup Hurts if we moved McKee.

Malik Willis- obvious connection to Mannion I think he will get the opportunity to compete to start somewhere but if not would be a great fit and can win games

Trey Lance- been a bust to date but young guy just seen Darnold turn it around in the right system. Only 25

On the defense coordinator front sounding like Jim Schwartz is going to sit out he year he is technically going to be under contract with the Browns for 2026 and would require a trade if someone wanted him.

Sounds like Schwartz just waiting it out with eyes on Philly if/when Vic retires next season

This offseason just feels like we are taking the training wheels off FINALLY from Hurts. We are putting him the Mannion O that falls under that Mcvay/Shanahan tree. And Hurts is going to have the opportunity to show he can play in it or will be gone.

No more catering to Hurts with a dumbed down O
