Hurts was completely on the side of not believing in Siri and Patullo. The Collapse Johnson gets falsely blamed and scapegoated. Last season Patullo….a little bit took some blame. I mean….he did get fired. But really feels like Hurts takes most of the heat over what’s so terribly going on because of Siri.

Siri promoted Patullo. Clearly a bad call and decision. More so than blaming Patullo….he was always just Siri right hand puppet coach. I have listed off reason after reason of moments Siri should have been fired. Heck….let’s put everything exactly like it’s always been….Siri was never close to qualified to be hired in the first place.

Moment Siri promoted Patullo….it was so obvious to me how bad a decision that was. Right then I straight ‘Called’ or predicted how bad things would be on O.

Foles played well for us both times under Kelly going 27-2 season then obviously as the backup winning the SB then falling short on an Alshon Jeffery drop v the Saints the next season of possibly repeating

Hurts doesn’t believe in Siri and Patullo….you didn’t fire them….instead stuck by them ….turned around two years later….lesson seriously only resounded for one season in between. Pretty much proving many never received or learned the lesson in the first place.

All evidence and proof every time showing Siri sucks. 2-5 ….Siri gets out of the way as the single change occurring….team gets on a roll and thrives forcing their way overcoming Siri to make the playoffs.

Straight up you are and were clueless not realizing Patullo promotion to OC was a devastating decision. But blame Hurts! Even though he’s been totally knowing this and against it since 2023. Scapegoated his friend Johnson instead. Cut Hurts out of being any part of these decisions…especially promoting Patullo running Siri O still.

Couldn’t even compete against weakest playoff team in Tampa in 2023. Lost to an injury riddled Niners team that wasn’t even any real contender when healthy.

Pretty much had to combine just all of the so many things against us for that Niners team to have any real chance. Laundry list of screwups….along with just enough quality credited to those Niners.

Any qualified middle of the road coaching, instead of Siri/Patullo? We honestly likely repeat as champs. Beat the limping Niners? Should have been rather easy. Really last season was completely setup around who could matchup and beat Seachickens. Felt Broncos were so clearly class by a mile in the AFC. Really wanted that rematch with Denver in SB last season. Give them credit. They beat us in the regular season fair and square. But really they stole that game late from us. Not something I felt they could repeat.

Nobody matched up against Seattle like we did.

Fangio wouldn’t have even given special attention to the best WR in the league last season. Sure occasionally thrown S help of something.

DeJean versus Njigba leaving our D to pretty much completely focus on stopping the run otherwise.

Seattle’s D would have been tough on our O for sure. With zero coaching assistance aiding our O especially. Easily could have been that very moment becoming so key to steer clear of turnovers on O.

Why ever promote Patullo? Only reasons directly benefitting Siri alone. Stupid! Cut Rosie and Lurie slack on basis their hands were tied with a HC just won the SB. Hoping….though evidence shaky….Rosie and Lurie were against Patullo promotion. Siri had all leverage and got his way completely.

Siri gets his way…what are the results? Can’t compete against worst Bucs playoff team. Not…lost….were never going to compete against any team. 10-1 starting team. Not like the case could be made that seasons Eagles just weren’t talented or good enough.

Siri gets his way: flounder easy opportunity to advance in playoffs against inferior Niners. Completely outcoached….main catalyst.

Niners so injured they had fifth options playing on D majority of the time….two of their defenders. Patullo and Siri couldn’t target such unfit playoff starting defenders. Heck Niners DC Saleh directly grabbed a HC promotion…based so much on what he did to Siri.

Saleh wasn’t real good as HC just right before last season. Wasn’t even that special as Niners DC. Really That ONE magnificent looking coaching job so undermanned. There was no magnificence. No disrespect to Saleh. He’s a good DC….not sold on him as HC so much. Siri and Patullo just that absolutely unqualified and terrible!

Seems like many fans completely noticed Tank and wanted more. Once again…fans understanding what massively paid coaches put in positions being in charge of these things weren’t.

9.2 yards a carry…..wasn’t enough for Siri to recognize his worth. On Siri paper Tank wasn’t written in to be in that role….so it couldn’t happen.
