What is that list about? Hurts is so easily arguably the least tradeable player in the NFL. Garrett even just was traded. I see Allen is second and Burrow is right up in there….so must be a list about guys probably put up biggest stats chasing fame instead of championships. If Allen was ‘All That’ he’d have multiple rings already. Buffalo many seasons been right there possessing the top levels of coaching and players. Guy ranked that high would…well should…get any chance even undermanned and grab a ring. Burrow sure didn’t. That game was completely lined up for Burrow to have made his mark winning that SB.

Lions have been super impressive Oline. Goff main weapon is Usain Bolt at RB(Gibbs). But….lost their O mind to the Bears. Did you notice any differences? Top O mind there? Ink dried on contract locking Moore in? Well actually just hired you to start developing a playbook for Siri. Most top OC in such a great situation:SB champs returning starters…definitely not great situation being under Siri….those are the guys can afford to not just jump at any offer. They pick and choose best opening.

Moore couldn’t run fast enough away. Took on hopeless trainwreck in New Orleans. Easily could be described as worst NFL job. HC opportunities are not forgiving to losing coaches. Maybe get a second chance if Moore is lucky over enough time.

Moore condemned himself to NFL OC career. Took the definition of any offer out from Siri. I believe he’d left to be OC elsewhere if terrible Saints job fell through.

Hurts is 17th. Don't believe Dak should be in the top 10(JMO) Dennard SHOULD be. So QB 19/32 looks to rocket to QB 17/32 in someone's opinion. So basically not looking like anyone expects a top 10 which I believe he is going to need. A slight improvement but nothing to get excited about

Nobody that had options or leverage took our OC job this season. They won’t! Not under Siri. Actually jumped excited to get Mannion. Three years coaching with no experience playcalling or proving his O. Thing is…he’s by far seeming like our best option. Not even sure he’s a real coach even yet.

Real football totally different than fantasy stats. No reason to expect Siri would let the O thrive. Rely on the top coach Fangio.

I could see it going either way honestly…. Would not shock me if he plays out his contract…. Or us drafting his replacement and trading him before the start of next season similar to Bradford with Wentz or not quite the same but Wentz to Hurts.

Though slim I’m not even completely ruling out Hurts figures it out as a passer either

I don't even care about any rankings. To me it's simple... the Eagles need to pay a bunch of players soon. Having to pay a QB "ELITE" money....restricts the ability to sign all those guys.

So I think pure business, they need to see "ELITE" level play.... not just " good enough to win" or not " well we have a decent NFL level scheme now with everything else around the QB like an elite OL, run game and defense... that's all great, but not a reason to pay $60 mil plus...which is what the next level of ELITE QB pay is going to be.

Think about it...$300 mil for 5 years... you think they invest that on anything other than pure ELITE?

The issue is if he plays poorly ( which is difficult to do with the surrounding cast) then we will also have to find a trade partner to where he waives the no trade clause.

To me it's Houston... so pay attention if they resign CJ or not. Otherwise, I don't see it.

The no trade clause makes it a little tricky. He needs to agree on a place.

Which is why I see the contract expiration being the easy path.

Really the contract goes until 2028 but we both ( along with most people on here) understand that the Eagles aren't paying that last year ...without a new deal signed.

And to be honest... I could also see a new deal reached and then a trade...similar to Wentz and AJ. Which would be annoying with the new dead money.

No that was my point. On the "rankings" he could have been #11,or #32. It's clear to me that NO ONE(well except for one fool) sees Hurts as a top 10 QB. Not the team surrounding anyone, just HIS position ALONE. SO we agree, unless he becomes a top 10 QB now there is no reason to continue the pay stream. Elite money should be top 5 in my personal opinion. The rook QB in NO put up the same numbers as Hurts and I would bet surpasses Hurts on some stats this year, When Hurts stopped running, his value declined for me because that's why he got the big loot
