#Hurtshaters so predictably just going to blame Hurts regardless. Even for the so many things have to be provided for NFL success to be produced. Mannion tweaking developing his O scheme figuring that part out…he has to get that through to his players. Not just sending a text with a play drawn up. Mentally install each entire play. Doesn’t mean oversimplified draw up one version for each players duties. Involves that play being called…what scheme expectations are facing any situation. Single play called should be viewed to the fans as so many different looking football. Entire blocking answer for that play expectations versus any possible opponents play. Does RB need to block or run his route. Receiving targets adjust according to D play. What do all receiving targets do against each D. Man or Zone…are the blitzing? On and on.

Mannion has to be capable of answers. Predicting, high pressure in game, working on proving his scheme and personnel. Not limiting to Hurts. Blaming him for any shortcomings. Though we all know attacks on #Hurtshating fault everything isn’t at master levels will begin week one. 90 percent sure it would start in the PS so unreasonably if Hurts played any PS games. It’s entire O. That part actually have time and is not close to the most difficult part. Only have so many guys in Eagles uni each game. It needs to work and adapt each moment. Come into a season with certain talent. Then go into each game usually without guys. Football all that matters is that single moment. Lane HOF…but if he’s injured? Things change. Things could change even if he’s playing but limited.

It all has to work each given moment. Being all time great career applies very little to what happens the next play. Starters plan means very little as some plan entire season. Goes as far as: missing starters coming into the game, then guys suited up have to come out of games. Limited season roster..limited to who dresses as an option that game… all the way to making it work with just that. Starter out….backup can’t go a single play even…third option out of 21 Gameday players.

Mannion always expected to become a coach. Saying he’s been prepping entire time as backup NFL QB understanding his future after hanging up the cleats. Entire optimism clings to this.

Can he lead men? Can he handle doing his duties under highest pressure? Does he have the answers…along with can he do it during an NFL game?

Tons of people can sink certain putt. But whole different thing sinking that putt on 18 to win the Masters.

A guy hits 99 of 100 free throws in practice gym…but air ball with game on the line pressure while thousands of fans going crazy your in front of.

Like this Josh Allen do or die defining moment. MVP season piled up massive stats while making exceptional plays with all time levels of ability. But couldn’t execute the easiest possible throw highest pressure game completely on the line. Moment was completed gifted to him by everyone surrounding him. Laser pass in between two defenders first quarter of week one. Their OC called a wide open guy against Fangio. Two yard line…right there so close. A throw most any person..not just NFL QB…anybody could complete that pass…MVP can’t do it.

Bad capture. But we all know the play. Allen choked against us just this past season. How does Mannion perform game on the line?

Rosie made AR can McDermott as our DC after one season. He felt like such an obvious NFL DC. But his first season with that talent? Not great. Second season already proving himself as qualified NFL DC. He was younger guy skyrocketed so quick.

Add in Siri zero tolerance for anything but totally maximizing right now game. Getting there second season with all these first time duties by the second season was an absolute skyrocket natural. Rosie fired that coach that skyrocketed after a single season.

All adds up to why even hire Mannion? Everything points towards no way it works. He’s a longer term thinking hire.

Won’t be given opportunity to actually install and master his O. Nobody is perfect entire time. That’s what he has to be to keep Siri out of interfering. Two bad weeks regardless of opponent or reasoning to fault. Mannion getting stripped of playcalling. Grizzard calling plays by week 6. He’ll be so grateful to Siri. Siri has power to make him OC again. Fairly likely Mannion axed completely before seasons end turning to Grizzard.

Passing Game Coordinators best interests conflict with Mannion’s success. Like hiring Patricia…always premeditated here to be replacement GM. Grizzard’s career benefits from pointing out any Mannion flaws. Rosie,Siri, every week. Analytics department and Grizzard meet with Rosie each week to prep him on: discussion/interrogation of Mannion.

Grizzard moves up in the life the quicker Mannion fails. Promoted!

Same way Siri was threatened by Moore. The Moore he succeeded made Siri look worse and worse. Siri wasn’t going to allow it but so much. But came to Siri career in the line Browns game. Was totally against Moore’s best interest to save Siri’s job. Lose one single regular season game would have given Moore lifetime achieving promotion. Not just hired by worst NFL team job opened up. Keys to SB dominant Eagles.

Can’t blame Siri knowing he had to take full control facing entire career on the line. Doesn’t make him or anybody a bad person for not trusting in somebody whose interests are totally conflicting. More than conflicting…career huge step up accomplished by others failure.

Grizzard passing game coordinator. Had Patullo entire time there under Siri. Patullo hard worker but not qualified but for so much. But not a position giving him job security. Takes over as playcaller? Then we rely on him.

But what would you do in Grizzard’s shoes? Career promotion right there for the taking.. obstacle is Mannion. Conflicting interests. Mannion might as well treat him as a saboteur and spy.

Passing game failure equates to passing game coordinator promotion. Sounds crazy…yet exact reality. Grizzard doesn’t need to succeed or prove much at all. He’s the experienced playcaller specifically premeditated put in place.

You don’t hire Mannion for week one top best success. An absolute commitment towards his future potential being reached.

Im on deck round 3...dude is taking a while.

I took Hampton from LAC with my 2nd round. Now I'm looking at WR... Collins, Olave, Wilson and McConkey are there.

Which order do you like these?

Olave

Olave

Should be a top target with an Improved Shough(2nd year). IDK if they helped their O line, if so and Shough has time Olave should do 1k easy

Why did we even hire him? is where I’m at now. Experienced mediocre option that’s peaked reaching that level ceiling makes much more sense.

Anybody provide much of any reasoning or logic towards Siri and Rosie are going to patiently develop Mannion? Career track records glaringly proving opposite. Rosie going to fire McDeromtt even maxing out at a single season opportunity. He was no brainer going to get there as quality NFL DC. Siri started interfering week two on Moore who experienced proven.

Watching some video of Clint Hurtt doing drills with our DL…. Didn’t realize how big that man was he was making Jordan Davis look small lol 😂

Let’s even delusionally optimistically fanboy homer just go with Mannion starts first week as quickest most natural OC ever. Then we lose him. Or fire Siri and promote him. Second option I’m obviously chosing.

Mannion has to realize the impossible circumstances. He can’t focus on long term. He can’t try and install his O. He has to prioritize short term success just to survive long enough to get more than half his O in. I wouldn’t even know how that would work. Dominant rushing attack with easier highest success percentages passing. Saquan’s back to buy enough time to iron out medium level passing O success. Mastery…nowhere near possible..takes years.. But has to be at a high level execution for it to be ready to roll out in a game.

Shough with Moore kind of exactly not what I’d look for on my team. But they were capable of taking a crap situation and making it overachieve. To me not really very relevant unless followed up being capable of highest success.

Helps sell tickets.

You guys still high in Fields? How’s that going? He made some excitiment in Chicago out of garbage. Doesn’t equate to much of anything towards being a guy I’d look for. How you respond on a quality team much more relevant. Can you handle the highest pressure biggest stages?

Comparison at the time was Fields and Hurts. One sells tickets the other steps up becoming best player on the field in the highest pressure biggest stage. Bar to judge players really just relies on can’t choke under pressure. You know…don’t pull a Josh Allen or Garrapolo. Hurts would be laughable to suggest he can’t handle biggest pressure and stage. Actually thrives! Best player on the field …highest pressure biggest stage possible.

Actually think #Hurtshaters will win. Stuck under Siri entire time. But Siri promoting Patullo to OC sunk him. Entire O stunk. Yet showed great patience with worst coach…entire season. Couldn’t land a top experienced O mind after that. Now third year coach running the O…worse actually because has to do it under Siri.

2-5 Siri trainwreck Hurts overcame to survive. Not even average level talented team to do it with. Absolutely willed and forced it to happen…but couldn’t do it with Siri not getting out of the way for Stechein.
