Nice to hear. Now I hope he can find open receivers, You'd think with all his various OC's that he had he would have been taught this by year 7???? Doesn't matter what O you are in, you still need to make your reads, find your guy and deliver the ball on time as a QB. After 7 years maybe he finally gets it 🤣(most rooks already know this when they arrive in camp)

Siri's been holding him back.

Some on here can't comprehend what a CEO's job is. It's never been "Siri's O". Not how it works, but some on here wear blinders 24/7. Siri is an excellent CEO responsible for the culture we have enjoyed. With Hurts having 7 OC's he should know about every trick in the book by now

ODing on snake oil 🤣

extra home game this season (steelers), so looking forward to at least 9 weeks of tailgating/gamedays.

all things considered, i think siri handled the brown situation as well as possible.

i mean, we didn't see any driveway sit-ups like the last diva wr's drama.

I believe OTC uses a standard increase in their cap projections going forward. So Cap's #s should be fairly accurate, but the increases usually exceed the projections it seems.

As for Howie,I don't think he uses that specific tool to decide which players to sign, more so just to push the money down the road where it's less valuable. $5 mil of cap space in 2031 isn't going to be as valuable as $5 mil now.

Most of us understand this very basic fundamental part of finance, but their seems to be always someone who doesn't seem to grasp the basic concept.

Sure most everybody agents and players included are pretty much looking ahead as well.

First unofficial depth chart and Markel Bell listed as the backup RT while Fred Johnson is the backup LT.

Markel been getting a lot of reps and 1st team action at RT so far this offseason. And seems to be holding his own fairly well promising signs for us if he develops into another All-Pro T for us

Dejean listed as the starting S and Nickel CB will be interesting to see. Curious to see who is the S when Dejean move down in the slot…. MCII/Epps both listed as his backup with JT Gray as the 3rd string

Lampkin having a decent camp. BU for sure, but we needed depth

I hope Elliott got whatever bug he had up his ass removed. He hurt us last year

Nothing but solid praise from Lane regarding Bell.

Eagles media department puts that together. Has almost zero relevance. YouTube there’s a nice video to give you a reality check about how bogus and setup you’ve been this entire time. That’s if you ever put stock into any of these. It’s even exactly pertains to Eagles. Guy came out about how he had exactly that job with Eagles when he was 22. He got to talk to the coach…but really that’s kind of just a setup for whatever coach wants to sell the guy to say and put out there.

DeJean starting S because…cough cough…S money legit versus Slot money. This has been a real issue the entire time. Seems most blow it off. But it’s just simple business fact. DeJean …really put it in his agent made it very clear about what that business dictates. Absolutely forced Fangio to get DeJean opportunity as outside CB. Fangio addressed this right away last offseason. No reason Fangio even met with media otherwise. But….think Fangio understood…so he didn’t just shut things down. He came public supporting DeJean as great Slot and where he supports him. Then still DeJean starting taking outside CB reps last TC. Worked out in a backwards way….all the way around. Fangio gave it to him. I’m a believer Fangio didn’t smooth the path for DeJean outside. Think he conceded business wise and gave DeJean what he asked for. Fangio didn’t sugar coat it or make it easy. Gave him what he asked for….after showing confidence in appreciation as a Slot…..but shut DeJean down outside. Not…Coach just won’t do it. Coach understands….backed me up wishing otherwise….but conceded needs. Then really exposed DeJean without kid gloves.

Fangio came out stating DeJean never play CB again…this offseason. Sounds negative. But Fangio was spinning it all positive. S and Slot where DeJean is going to thrive!

Outside CB money largest price. But S money is big and legit. No money in the Slot. Just business! S DeJean I’m fully behind and believe he’ll kick butt!

Carter arguably roster player playing the biggest factor here…in the Secondary. Fangio seemed to take that extra steep towards Carter ready to hit the field right now in the Slot, possessing most experience there.

Can’t really see a version we’d he rooting for Epps now. Sounds more messed up than it is. I’m a fan of Epps. But he took an injury along with his natural abilities that limited his ceiling now.

We walked away from Epps for a reason. So Carter can’t beat him out is a problem. Well just low enough bar to label and judge Carter’s career ceiling. We need Carter to beat out Epps. Best for our franchise. Fangio supported Carter in the Slot….but more backed off on pumping him up at S. I read Fangio as extremely deliberate. Message being Carter is backup Slot. Confidence with player support from Fangio to Carter fully. But challenge very much can Carter earn job over Epps? Fangio backed his player….while also challenging same athlete to step up.

If situation demands putting top starting defenders on the field that moment? Maybe there’s a version of DeJean staying at S with Carter in the Slot as best for the team and D.

Carter so very key to our Secondary. He’s at least getting involved in Fangio specific plays overloading DB personnel. 6 DBs? Fangio will get Carter on the field already volunteering in these personnel package moments.

But some in the know seem to actually try to give heads up the surprise will be more about Fangio utilizing his Base D more. That Fangio had the players to go Base 3-4 or 4-3 was while not being such a weakness in coverage.
