Also the TE position's production hasn't been up to snuff. At least this game wasn't lost due to dumb coaching calls since the game was already lost. The decimated O line is causing us all kinds of grief

Watched the one that got blocked but also watched him kick a 65 yards and down it inside the 20

So you missed the other 6.

His current average is 49.4 yards a punt...today with the 8 punts he averaged 42.5.

He was pretty bad today. The shank in the first half basically gave them their only TD in a half our D was playing well.

The block wasn't his fault at all but the other punts outside of that one...not great at all.

Agreed, we can't sustain drives. I was a bit pleasantly surprised Pierce did so well. I remember he was a hot fantasy pick his rookie year. Like to see Blue used like we used to use Sproles. McKee will get better as he gets used to playing. next 3 are critical in my view. If we can go 3-0 vs divisionals get to the bye, get guys back we can still win the division, but I can't see us having the players to go past round 1. Mannion is not impressing me much. I was expecting a bit more from him. learning on the job is always an eye opener

I think the injury to Steele was more important than the #s show. Pierce was on the field for every snap. I bet that's part of why they called so many pass plays because playing one RB and constantly giving him the ball wasn't going to work.

I know the run blocking and scheme has some issues, but you at least need 2 RBs if you want to run it, simply just for a breather... even if just pass protection etc.

You can see Goedert is injured still very tentative in his movements especially once he catches the ball. The other guys just aren't good.

How about those Rams! 2-4... and should be 1-5 if we didn't botch the snap exchange.
