IDK any QB that would look good with a swiss cheese Oline

His Oline was better than Burrow took to the SB

True. But in football at WR. I’m talking about a pass catcher that can catch.

Who doesn't want that?

I’m talking about what we need to compliment them

So 4.4 isn't enough,gotta have 4.2 even if they can't sustain it?

I’m saying Fields is no franchise QB. You kept giving Fieids excuses. But actually last offseason you were high on the Bears. You talked about them winning the division and such.

I never said he was a franchise QB,please. His excuses are he has no Oline. I have zero clue how he would do if he HAD ONE. That is not excuses, that is reality

SO, let's just pay Devon Allen to stretch the field for say what 15 million a year? He's one of the fastest men on the planet

Any slot guy posting stats tells me not a whole lot. I don’t need him getting garbage time stats. Or even piling up stats in one matchup so much. We need a guy to make a catch deep and to give a couple of underneath YAC plays.

You need reliable options and threats on 3rd down.  You execute on 3rd downs when the whole world knows its a pass... that's how you keep the ball and score points.

Yeah I’m not thinking about the slot guy so much here. Just need him to make that one deep ball catch and a couple YAC designed plays a game.

Two different skill sets.  Speed and YAC.   I'll take a quick guy that can get open in a phone booth, that guy will have the YAC.  And also function in the red zone.

The take the top off means nothing really with a QB like Hurts... teams aren't fearing that deep throw to a limited #3 WR. They aren't double teaming that.

Focus is on the other guys, that's where a good slot ...or if you put one of the 2 main guys in the slot and Parker on the outside.   But the speed guy without the shifty moves...not going to benefit in the slot

Poll on radio... who would you rather have as Eagles QB over Hurts.

Discussion going on with names... consensus amongst the hosts... Mahomes, Allen, Burrow and Lamar.

Then some other names.

Not getting into the other guys... but i wouldn't pick Lamar over Hurts.   I don't care that he is regular season MVP etc... just not a fan of the running QB.  Hurts at least offers great short range accuracy...and already established relationships with the players.

Herbert would also be good in this offense I think

Our week 2 home opener is a Monday, Kelce doing the pre-game!

Ham the same guy that said the bears team hasn’t changed much this year v last lol.

can’t talk reality with him

I think Hurts and Purdy are about the same just comes down to which flavor of QB you want

Speed absolutely will open things up for others. Parris and Ainias both possess long speed and YAC ability.

Start of our season is looking tough.

GB in Brazil is no guarantee

ATL- has talent and Kirk tends to shred our D

NO- week 3 we seem to always have close tough games v NO.

Rather have a QB that can win an OT game than Allen. 0-6

Bears have a good team

I think Stroud would be in the running as possibly better than Hurts. Kid looked really good out of the gates.

Adding OL help, Swift, Allen and top 10 rookie WR really bolster a team…

Can you image not having two OL, two WRs and our top RB on the eagles team??

How good are we looking if we had Gainwell at RB, Brown with Covey and Quez, and 3/5s our OL????

Because that essentially the difference between the bears this year v last year

Nah they have a supporting cast lol

Like we cry when Lane or Malaita misses a game and there are struggles at RT or LT and talk about how it effects Hurts

Then we complain about WR #3 we need that slot help image not having a WR 2 or 3

Oh we need a ground game we stopped running the ball…. How many times have you complained we used Gainwell to much last year that essentially the bears RB room last year they weren’t good.

Like if you can’t see the talent gap between those two teams I don’t want to hear nothing about any players injuries etc. Hurts has to deal with this year
