I think it’s a positive Rodgers and Ringo getting starting reps. Sounds like they both looked pretty good also. Very positive developments going on at CB.

1. Trade him...get value back

2.  Keep him at the current salary but he remains " disgruntled "

3.   Overpay him

I'm not seeing another option other than releasing him without compensation?

WOW,I need to know how our defense helps Hurts play better. I'm all ears on this because i am clueless. The D get's Hurts more stats? a Better completion percentage? More rushing yards? What?

Actually the bribe happened for KC benefit. Those field conditions were a straight sham. If the league office doesn’t rob us we do win that game. Field conditions that all my life I’ve never witnessed such and egregious situation like that. But then the refs made sure the game ended with KC killing the clock. Everybody knew we’d score after KC kicked that field goal they were forced into. Robbed robbed robbed. Blame anybody you wish. My number one is the freaking league to blame! Our O almost still overcame everything the league put against us to bring home that parade. Very proud of Hurts, AJ, DeVonta, Goedert and Elliott. Those guys balled out. With everything against them..they would not quit or die.

Some things really aren't complicated.  And it's obvious here that there was input from the new DC. And the decision wasn't made in 5 minutes.  

Instead of complaining...or really in addition to as the complaining really doesn't take anything away from thinking about what you would do... you have had time here to think of an alternative... shouldn't be difficult.   Unless afraid to commit and have it go on the permanent " I called it wrong " side underneath " Sanders is a special talent"

It shows poor coaching decision judgement very clearly. But it highlighted this pattern of bad decisions forcing Gainwell. No idea how you or Siri believed Gainwell is starting caliber. Especially over Swift. Such an obvious talent gap to me. I see it as fire-able level coaching decision really. That bad. Some how concluding a Pro Bowl guy should be behind a third string level talent.

Getting the ball back is where the help ends unless of course your D is outscoring your offense with picks or scoop and scores like KC got

That was Seaumalo…oh wait..Hurts is the only one to be gashed for mistakes…my fault. Of course it being a back to back mistake after his offsides creating the situation Hurts was trying to bail us out of …let’s not actually be fair and point to any mistakes by anybody but Hurts. Hurts fumbled. It happened. They actually had a LB that could make a play…good for Mahomes.

I watched him do that so very light jog of eight steps in OTAs today…then put his hands on his hips…like he was ready to pull himself from the game already. I can live with mistakes. But just being fat and lazy doesn’t fly.
