I’m the one looking at the whole team situation fairly….and calling it like it is. It’s you and others here that will inevitably blame Hurts for all negatives…like clock work.

Why does it matter who gets blame... its none of us?????     Who cares who gets blamed... they either win or don't ... why does it matter to you.  and specifically why so much with Hurts.

Reddick has so many more sacks over the last four years it’s not even close

I think you are really jaded by your relationship with Hurts.  It messes with all of your logic.

I think you make an excellent point…but it’s about yourself…your so jaded by your Hurts hating agenda.

I’m saying him being disgruntled then forced to trade him changes the whole thing

didn't change a thing... except for $1.1 mil per season.   you don't think it was a great move .... 2 years at that price plus a day two pick coming back?

Wow.... you know what I noticed... 32 teams seem to agree with No Mas.

31 teams agreed with you before we signed Reddick…then he performed like a top pass rusher.

Not at all... he is my teams QB for the next 3 years... it is what it is.  He will either deliver or not... don't really care about him at all.  Such insignificance in my life really.

If the Jets are all in... and Reddick is the player you think he is.... then why can't he play 2/3 of the snaps?

Jets are ‘all in’ and brought in Reddick even if just for a one year rental…what’s that make us this season?

And yet nobody wanted to trade us any more or pay him???    Show where No Mas is wrong here?

The Jets lost Huff first... they were " forced" to make a move there.

And 74 % of the snaps was part of the reason to let him go.  He can't play that much and also have us get the young guys going.

That was a bad coaching mistake. Overused Reddick which hurt him and developing Nolan specifically. That’s just bad coaching decisions. Bad argument on your part…again. Goes more towards my view point the way I see things…than yours.

Yes... you see things in the past... but refuse to answer... how do you give Reddick the snaps, and still get the young guys playing time.

You tell me.... what was your strategy?    you pay Reddick the 3 years $75 million .... you play him 50% of the snaps this year, where does that fit with Huff, Smith, Hunt, Sweat and BG?

Or do you keep him here at the original contract even though he would be disgruntled.

Just commit to a specific move or solution and stand behind it.

More even still…in the huge breakout season for Bryce and the season you slam Reddick for having…

It all just shows how a great signing identifying a quality player can still not work out very ideally.

Nolan should have played more snaps last season. Reddick should have not been overused last season. I call that "bad coaching decision.”

Reddick had 6 or more pressures in over half the games last season. That will be missed…you’ll see.

I’m obviously conflicted on the path of the team. Not huge on retaining Siri and hiring Moore. Not that high on how Rosie throws his weight around. Paying the older vet RB is more of an ‘all in move’ to me. Yet I see us as getting younger rebuilding under new schemes team.

Still no answer?

Again... stick to the subject here.   i'm not going to be all over the place while trying to work etc.   What would you have done spcifically with Reddick.

And I disagree ... it is still a great deal 2 years $32.2 million ... add in the day 2 pick.   It's a good deal, I would do it all over again.

I'm  not emotionally attached to the players like you are... Hurts and " the closer"   so I don't care if they leave if I feel its the right move.  For the money and getting the draft picks, Reddick worked out more than fine

Cox will be missed... that's my concern.  DL must stop the run first and create passing situations.  Not worried about a Mike Mamula stat as much.   Almost is great in horse shoes or hand grenades... " pressures" is also an subjective stat.   Reddick didn't force the QB into many mistakes last year... IDK what to tell you, you fall in love with a player and you lose all logic

Again... great deal for the Eagles... it wasn't an "early" signing so again you ventured off the original topic.   Reddick over valued his position in the league as none of the teams offered him the $$ he was looking for...any of them could have offered more than a 2026 3rd round pick.

If I'm a team, I sign a guy for 3 years and then he wants a new deal.... only way I'm giving that to him after year 1 is if he is in my plans long term...with an extension.  Otherwise I think the Eagles absolutely did the right thing.  They got a younger upstart player plus a pick and locked in that price for 3 years, now if this guy really steps up, then he is young enough to where I look into an extension before the 3 years.  Team controls that.

Just like the team controlled everything ..AJ, Dickerson, Smith, Mailata...and all the guys before that.     They weren't " forced" into anything.  The Eagles specifically are a team that will spend money on players they want.

Davis did this real slow fake jog for like ten steps and then put his hands on his hips like he finished running a race. This guy has to get his butt in shape. We need him to play a good amount of snaps this season…for the whole season.

Seems like like you are extremely emotionally to some players. Very driven to hate on Hurts…while cryingand still bringing up defending Wentz.

This is what Trump always referred to as fake news. I have very little problem separating business from the emotional attachment to players. It’s fairly easy for me to compartmentalize. BG I am attracted to for so many reasons over the years. He’s a guy I noticed could be a quality effective player pretty early on. Most bashed him and labeled him as a bust. He came through and made huge franchise plays for us…such a massive play strip sacking Brady for our title. But yet…I would have let him go last year or this offseason. Think he signed for four mil this season though. So at that price I see his value. Strictly business there though. Emotionally he’s worth 30 mil…but for our 2024 Eagles 4 mil is a good number to retain his veteran leadership. (This is not all getting into the backloaded cap situations revolving around him)
Pressures is an important stat in the pass rush. It matters. Affects the game. I thought Reddick was our best defender. So several years down the line third round pick in exchange doesn’t sit great with me.  Pressuring the QB is what we need from the pass rush. Now can I place all on the blame on pass rushers because we couldn’t cover ANYBODY…EVER…last season? No…just much more objective than trying to spend an agenda around licking Rosie’s nuts.

Again... what was your plan with Reddick?     Distract and spin...etc.    I use Wentz because in your own words " I wanted him to be the savior"  .. when the team sucked... now supposedly you say Hurts is better, yet he needs everything???   Doesn't add up.

Wentz was great for us... got us to the doorstep ... we won,  Then we got all the picks on his way out.   Same with Reddick here... Same with Foles who got us the high 3rd round comp pick on his way out.    players come and go... we move on.  Really doesn't matter to me the credit or the blame they get... do the job and move on.

It's the difference between " investment return"  and "investor return"  ... all that matters at the end of the day is the " investor return"    Good return for Reddick... the 2 years of play for $32.2 mil... and the pick.  i'd do that every year, we would keep getting the edge position filled at an alternate level of elite and solid... and keep getting an extra day 2 pick.    Just like I would do the New Orleans trade every year... had zero to do with the rif raf TMZ looking at the idea of using the picks to move up for a QB.   Good business is good business.

Business isn't personal.  Numbers and facts.

BG wasn’t the guy I thought we should have drafted over a certain S however. But I don’t get emotional about it.

Hurts ,and every player on our team, need everything to win it all…I do see things that way.  This is accurate.
