October 24, 20242 yr SPORTSRADIO 94WIP @SportsRadioWIP 9 out of the last 10 Super Bowl winners have been a top 10 passing team. "Right now the Eagles are averaging less than 200 yards passing per game. They rank 22nd in yards per game passing. The offense doesn't look like a Super Bowl winning offense."

I’d make the move of at least letting him practice here while these should be the last of much of any real practices we’ll have. Can always plop him back on IR after he gets his max practice time in. I don’t really know….but just an interesting yet very little utilized idea.

How many of those last SB winners have been Mahomes and Brady?
October 24, 20242 yr The last two SB winners have been QBed by a player that’s last name starts with a M and ends in a S. So if you don’t have that you can’t win a SB. If I felt compelled enough I’m sure I could find even bigger more obscure and stat that applies to such a small sample.
October 24, 20242 yr Wouldn’t surprise me if there’s a stat like the SB winning team hasn’t P in the second quarter or something….on a prime time games throughout the season.
October 24, 20242 yr How dominant have red headed coaches been in recent SB? Much more likely to win one of you have that….you could try and make the case.

They should also include the SB loser....and the conference lovers too This way we can see...9 out of 10 Something out of 20 And something out of 40. Probably drives the point home...then I'd be curious to see the teams that weren't in the top 10...and how far off they were from making it.

More people than that died last year from a boat falling on top of them crushing them. Yeah very very small. Now stats linked to drowning deaths occurring linked to boats there clearly is a danger to be wary of there.
October 24, 20242 yr How much you want to bet the future holds a team that wins it all by doing some things differently?
October 24, 20242 yr Just now, cunninghamtheman said: But right now it’s been the Chiefs D leading to SBs as the dominant force. Which really was the script that flipped the season they beat us. When you remember/rewatch our SB loss it’s a perspective many didn’t seem to comprehend and understand at the time it was happening. So many just believed it was all Mahomes and their O….which was the dominating force before. Which was actually our biggest flaw losing that SB. Just no doubt having that much talent on a very highly touted D looking so incredibly incompetent in that SB was the factor that just couldn’t be overcome for us. But on the flip side….those that weren’t realizing how good their D had become under Spags earlier on…just so much more impressive what our O accomplished to make that game a knock down drag out fight. Generalizing the whole O bothers me as false even. Because our dominant rushing attack was a complete failure from the RB room. A huge strength nobody could stop was so detrimental we had to actually turn to empty backfield sets.

October 24, 20242 yr Frankly No Mas I prefer more of a zig when everybody else is zagging. So what I’ve liked when we’ve done it was: be the physical team. The more the league turns to specialists and finesse…smaller faster players that are less physical and durable….that’s what works for us to be the difficult matchup. Across the whole league not sure we’ve ever seen such a dominant usage of one personnel package:Nickel. It’s every single team’s top personnel D package. Cant be a good team without it. But we don’t have that O personnel to gain extra advantage there anyway. We succeeded more by putting a JJaw or OZ blocker WR to attack that.

Right..the whole world knows you like to do everything the hard way. It's why as a guy, your wedding was stressful. You want to win a SB with a midget QB, with a weak arm and bad field vision....because he brings the intangibles in the weight room!

While their passing O struggled for the first half of last season if you recall. Mahomes really struggled to do what it seemed AR finally got through to him can work in the SB win against us. But it was a very hard adjustment and lesson for Mahomes to learn. But yeah…no doubt the most infrequent SB winning type of team would be the Ravens suffocating D year.

But yes making sure to create a day that my bride dreamed of all her life was not something that just happened on its own. I wanted to make my wife happy. So sue me. My own stress was just the obvious questioning whether I was 100 percent positive I was making the right decision. Really not much coming from most guys. But….brides? Not sure how anybody can be so completely blind to the very dominating obvious majority of brides being? Trying to phrase it correctly…a complete stress ball about most every detail. To me, and I believed most all of the world, it’s just a known understanding about women and their wedding day.
