I guess it’s looking like Nate Gerry and TJ Edwards will be the primary LBs?  Those rookies will get their chance.

Fingers crossed that Taylor isn’t completely lost. 

I have no optimism in Bradley.

All-pro OL tears achilles.

26 year old presumptive starting LB retires.

Only veteran WR addition opts out.

Head coach at home during TC with COVID.

TE knocked out cold and hospitalized.

Bubble wrap may not be a bad idea.

Brown and Goodwin are replaceable.  Some are acting like we lost Ray Lewis and Randy Moss.

I'm assuming Doug and Goedert will be fine.

Only big loss has been Brooks.

Schwartz only uses 2 LBs which will be Gerry and Edwards.  Btw, keep an eye on TJ Edward's.  Gonna be a good player I think.

I'd agree the biggest loss was Brooks

But it definitely seems like we can't have a normal offseason without an injury or something to a starter

 

Such a strange one from Brown.  To get to this point and then walk away, after at least being able to step back and take 150k to think more and get out of this moment...

However, a chance for someone else to step up and get playing time.

Losing Jatavis Brown doesn't move the needle. He was not a lock to make the team. We'll save 100-200K in cap room from his retirement.

Considering Howie’s contacts at Florida, his reported character concerns and his precipitous fall in the draft, I was fine with passing on him.

Yea, I just wanted a young, talented safety in the group finally. Howie obviously is going to know more behind the scenes stuff, and so did everyone else in the NFL.
