I don't think it's even close.  Aside from one stretch with Iverson when have they done anything?

Nope. Minimal success. Only been to one ECF in that time.

And when you go look at their trades they’ve been god awful. They got next to nothing for Barkley.  got very little for Iverson. They traded iggy and got a bum Andrew Bynum. It’s why I fear when they trade ben Simmons or Joel Embiid they’re gonna wind up getting nothing because that’s how the organization basically been since they traded Moses Malone

The source is even weirder.  It's from the 1930s film "Freaks!". It's a scene that's been referenced a ton though (South Park, Wolf of Wall Street, even the Ramones song 'Pinhead')

And this is why tanking doesn't work.

I kind of disagree with that. Because the only reason why the Cavs got LeBron James back was because they tanked to get Kyrie Irving and then use Andrew Wiggins from the tank to go and get Kevin Love. Without that LeBron doesn’t go back to Cleveland. Basically the Lakers after Kobe retire were tanking. They didn’t glorify it like the Sixers but that’s what they were doing. I know because one of my good friends who went to salpointe catholic out here was an assistant coach to Luke Walton. He told me they were basically tanking most of those season to get better draft picks so they can make trades With the assets and then try and lure another big time superstar (After he was fired). The only way they got Anthony Davis was because they essentially tanked to get Lonzo, the tanked to get Ingram and that’s how Anthony davis became a laker.

The problem is is you actually have to have good ownership and good front office people and also a destination city otherwise you’re just gonna keep screwing it up and be like in dr. Strange in a time loop.

I expect you're right and I was too dense to see it.

Allright.

Time to go up 3-1 on Lays-ZABS.

Right, @Original Sin?

Can you imagine if Shaun Bradley 196th overall has a better career in philly than 2nd pick Sean Bradley.

Side note, I thought Bradley went 3rd overall and Penny hardaway went 2. I had it backwards... making that pick by the 6ers look even worse

Until Shaun Bradley beats the Monstars there is no way he will have a better career.

Dam, I'm only at 300 a day. Where the hell does he get the time to do 700. Does he have a life at all, lol

You gotta wonder that if the Eagles suffer injury issues at RB that he’ll be tempted to put the pads on.

I wouldn’t be tempted for him to do it that’s for sure.

I used to be able to do 200 at once. Now I would have to work to get back to 50.

I was thinking the same thing, 700 takes a lot. His workouts though are nuts. Though im not sure how he finds the time with TC and meetings and other workouts.

I mean im like i cant do 100 push ups today i cant work enough sets in between my netflix binging😄

Doing 700 push ups a day is not even close to efficient. It's not going to stimulate any type of physiological adaptations at that volume and that low an intensity.

It's impressive from a consistency standpoint but that's about it. He benches less than I do and I do 0 push ups.

Expanding on the earlier tweet about comping him to Julio.

@Paul852 can you do more than 0 push ups? That's all meatmcginley can do.

I can see Skip getting ahold of this and making it a topic on his sh***y tv show.

Tell that to my Drill Instructors and Herschel Walker. Herschel reportedly did 1000 sit ups and push ups each a day. I never counted how many push ups we did in basic but it seemed that the Drill Sergeants would drop us for 20 simply for breathing too loud in formation - and if we were breathing at all we were breathing too loud. That of course is on top of the push ups we did in PT everyday.
