Gotta love Diehard's "i want people to think i'm rational" phases. So trump lost the election hands down in 2020 and the ballroom is a rightful example of his eye watering corruption. But he's still the best thing to ever happen to the country and we have TDS for thinking it's a vanity project.

yeah, this won't last 24 hours.

Military bunker under it is total vanity.

  • Some quick thoughts on "Liberation Day," also known as "Liquidation Day." Obviously, these tariffs are way beyond anything the market expected. I think very little of Trump and the administration

It's a national issue. Mickleson was in the news for personal attacks against the lawyer. I live in Utah not CA and know about it. He restarted a pipeline that could dump tons of oil into the Pacific after already leaking once. But your theory is I brought up something nobody was talking about multiple times as a gesture? Cute. Same reason I've gone after him for park funding and being willing to sell off park land? See this is the mental illness aspect I keep bringing up. Share common ground? Nah. Triggered and TDS

Yes, it's nothing but a gesture. As you've already said, you love him. There's nothing he could do that could ever have you consider not supporting him. You already said you'd support him if he launched a full scale ground invasion of Iran, remember? Whatever it takes.....(so long as it's not your own kids, I guess)

With all the stuff he campaigned on, there's only one thing that he actually followed through on that has actually been successful, and that's improving conditions at the southern border and drastically cutting down on illegal crossings. That's it. Everything else, he's either done a complete 180 on, or the strategy he promised to enact hasn't produced the results he claimed it would (which isn't a surprise to anyone but him)

Keeping us out of foreign conflicts to focus on domestic priorities? Nope. Started a war with Iran that so far has resulted in the death of 13 Americans, injuries to countless others, is costing $1 billion a day.

Reduce the deficit? Nope. $2 trillion annual deficits for the foreseeable future

Improve the economy? Nope. GDP growth is down.

Increase job growth? Nope. Job growth cut in half mostly as a result of his tariff policies.

Bring manufacturing jobs back through tariff policy? Nope. Manufacturing sector has lost nearly 100,000 jobs since "Liberation Day", which isn't a surprise to anyone with an elementary level understanding of macro economics.

Bring utility bills down? Nope.

The list goes on and on and on. And we can even tack on the things you added as well.

And even with all of that, you still love Trump.

Like I said, there's nothing he could do that could ever sway you away from supporting him. Chasing the vote of people like you is a waste of time.

You can see that in a lot of poor parts of cities...

It's also not dem dependent no matter how much maga wants to claim it is

So most major cities that are run by Dems are total crap and that isn't owned by Dems. Got it 🤣 Like I said most rational people including liberals see the insanity of the left on the border and the migrant flood but hang strong there Mike.

No need to read one of your novels. I can stop at it's nothing but a gesture BS. You can talk to yourself then. I have listed multiple issues multiple times where I didn't. Go get some medication.

It's telling that you think a couple of sentences in list form equates to a novel.....

And ok, if you want to claim that your "going after him" isn't just a token gesture, then tell us where is the red line that would then cause you to stop loving and supporting him. Trumpers have already done a complete 180 on the war issue. But go ahead, tell us what it is that would cause you to stop loving and supporting him so that it's memorialized, and so then when it happens and you continue to love and support him I can show you this post.

I didn't say that but it's interesting that you made that up

As of April 2026, Donald Trump has stated that a renovation proposal for the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool initiated under the Biden administration was projected to cost $300 million and take three years to complete.-Google

I swear you don't even read the headlines

The lincoln memorial Reflection pool is not a "swimming pool". It's a national monument that holds 6million gallons of water and has cost tens of millions in renovations even before Biden. The 300m was a projected number, Biden did not spend it. Trump nixed the project and hopefully solved the leaking issues with a cheaper solution.

This is apples and oranges with the ballroom.

Please list your top 10 things he's done this term. I'll give you a few EOs though many of those were just for show. What do you find significant other than the border which everyone (except for the likes of Moss) agree on?

Add me to it. The execution of it was/is horrible

That right there is exactly why this is so ridiculous. Where is Trump's famous talent for branding? Why is he selling it as a ballroom instead of a bunker? Why is he gushing like a bored L.A. housewife about matching drapes and gilded archways instead of rationalizing protection from drones?

For starters probably because it wasn't supposed to be public knowledge until Karen took her dog for a walk

Instead of giving a list we'd disagree on I'll say it's truncated thanks to the RINOs in the Senate which is why I mentioned many of us will be staying home in November. That being said if it was just the border that is worth the price of admission for me.

Classic trump. always wants his greatest contributions to remain secret.

Usually top secret bunkers stay top secret for a reason unless Karen sues and it comes out in court. Like I said all the KGB needed was a liberal white woman and an attorney

Yeah, but were you mad about it?

It's the White house , not the mojave desert. It's slightly possible the KGB would have found out without karen. Even more likely, Trump would have told them himself.

Well, for starters it was a Cold War ref the KGB isn't around anymore

Show me the post where you cared about 300 million on the pool or admit you are a hypocrite. This is more triggered TDS BS

I just found out about the pool when you decided to scream about it over and over again. Did they spend that money?

I try to talk to the mentally insane people rationally here and when I see how crazy you all are say F it and lets have some fun

No, he saved them 297 million. Of course you people started freaking out it wasn't going to be green looking and disgusting. Too blue!!!

who did that?

Yes we all collectively freaked about Biden's personal 300m swimming pool, which nobody knew about, which is actually a national monument that was broken because it should have been green.

I give him credit, this is going way better for him than actually talking about the economy.
