Except he owns the building. The libertarian in me says we should all do or say whatever we want but the louder voice in my ear is that we will then descend into chaos. X or whatever, is a public forum, not just a private conversation in my home entity. Words have consequences and if they threaten the public good, it’s a problem. The real question is how we limit hate and falsehoods and threats. And who does the limiting. Otherwise it all becomes the dark web.

Words will never threaten the public good (which is a subjective and therefore meaningless term). Only actions can. Whole point of free speech
