March 5Mar 5 FAFO. You can protest but you do not have the right to physically resist. If you do that is assault on a LEO and what happens is on you

March 5Mar 5 Just now, VanHammersly said: Yes, the sitting Senator that broke a dude’s arm for saying mean things about IsraelRight so the one vet did that to the other vet. The Marine assaulted LEOs while resisting arrest and wearing the uniform while committing a crime which is illegal in and of itself. Cute how you left that out. Had he not being FA he wouldn't have been hurt.

He was just telling the Senator to grow a spine and stand up to Israel and two cops tackled him. He didn’t assault them. He was trying to stay in the room and holding onto the door and the dumba** Senator joined in for no reason and broke his arm.

He's being charged with 3 counts of assaulting a LEO along with other charges. Wrong again, Van. Wrong again. Called it before i read it."McGinnis faces 3 counts of assaulting a police officer and 3 counts of resisting arrest, as well as unlawful demonstration"

Hope he loses his seat next time it’s upHe won't. They like law and order in Montana. Again, protest all you want, but do not resist arrest and put your hands on LEOs. The moment you get physical is the moment you are 100% in the wrong and are responsible for what happens.

Zero percent chance a jury finds him guilty.

I hope they get doxxed and jumped in a dark alley.

They have the right to physically remove him and he didn't have the right to put his hands on them (assault) or resist arrest. Know how they tackle streakers in the NFL? They are allowed to. They don't have to ask nicely and if that person is hurt in the process it's on them. I hope he just has a broken arm and no ligament damage. I hope they drop most of the charges, but there is only one person at fault and it's him.

The man has a right to be heard, especially by lawmakers. "Unlawfully demonstrating" is in and of itself a pretty asinine concept, but they didnt even let the guy talk for more than 5 seconds.

Now the Senator on the other hand…
March 5Mar 5 Just now, EaglesRocker97 said:I love how Republicans have increasingly manipulated and misapplied the the law to infringe on the first amendment. You can protest but it has to be legal protests. If you are being removed you have to comply during arrest. You can not touch a LEO. That's not manipulating anything. Like I said you can't run onto a football field and protest or streak. If you do you will be tackled and removed and what happens is on you for making that choice.
