Simply put it's started and when our boys are engaged I'll be fully behind them with no apologies. Iran has killed hundreds of our troops over the years including in Iraq. Bottom line is we are in this, one of the most evil people on the planet is gone, and I want the job done right. That doesn’t mean I want boots on the ground, but destroy everything possible and kill as many of them from the air that you can find. I may have preferred other outcomes but this is the best chance we have ever had to wipe them out so do it right. Finish it.

These two things are completely at odds. There's no way to "wipe them out" or "finish it" without boots on the ground. So you either want a half measure that leaves the same faction in charge or you want boots on the ground.

Right, and like I said that doesn't have to mean our troops on the ground but if that's what it takes then do it. It won't be like Iraq where we are fighting a proxy war with the country next door. I prefer other countries take the lead but I don't support kicking the can at this point vs doing the job right. Take them out and end this. We will see what happens.

Like I said yesterday take out the

IRGC and the Basij/Quds but don't fully dismantle the Artesh.

No it isn’t. We shall see about the latest claims. I just checked the news in Israel and they themselves say "no injuries or deaths reported yet”. Even if they managed it still doesn’t equate to regime change. This is a country of 90M people. Killing 100 leaders doesn’t equate to regime change given the sort of structure they have there.

In Libya, rebel forces held half the country by the time foreign bombs started dropping. There's no interior force at the moment that I'm aware of.
