Damn I just saw the Jets/Bills recap. I'm starting to think Darkness Retreats aren't the best way to decide on retirement.

Yes i get that. Why i said if the rams beat the 6 then the eagles, they could potentially get a home playoff game if the 5 seed (14-3) upsets the 1 and 5 seed would then have to go to LA.

Tbh i think jets are in Cancun mode and bills needed that win to get the 2 seed. Jets suck anyway but really bills had a lot more to play for than a team going through the motions and turmoil

If the first round ends up being against the Packers I say beat the breaks off of them as payback for screwing the Eagles not once but twice as far as the 1 seed goes.  First they lose to the Lions and then to the Vikings, then they go off against teams like the Saints thus weakening the Eagles SoV (if it had come down to that).  F those fudgepackers.

theoretically if the rams get the 3 seed beat the 6 seed then the eagles could have a home game facing a 5 seed that’s 14-3. as they very well might be 10-7. I gave the statistics earlier this week the amount of WC teams with better records than division champs has been increasing each year. With how it’s shaping up the possibly 12 WC teams in the last 3 years have had better records than a division champ. That would be about 4 per year.

'tis a joke, y'all.   That's a tough injury to play with, especially with some of the shots he took to the ribs, especially on the Tush Push.

The reason I’d prefer the commanders over the packers is for 2 reasons:

1. They are ranked 29th in the league against the run. So if Jalen hurts is healthy, I think Saquon Barkley would run all over them.

2. The Eagles are a team that sees everything on social media. It’s why they have the shirts the next week after somebody posted on social media. So I’m guessing the Eagles saw how the commanders celebrated like it was their Super Bowl when they won last week. I don’t think they need an extra chip on their shoulder because it is a playoff game. but I think the Eagles would play with an extra edge to them and want to make a statement to them

No chance the Rams beat us unless we lose half the team to injuries in the wild card game.  We would beat them by 20 or more.

I didn’t say it would. In the original post it said  theoretically it could happen. Is it likely? Don’t think so especially considering their offense 4 of the last 5 weeks has been bad. But theoretically

Really surprised how many people want to go for the record.

This team hasn’t had a break since week 5.  The starters need a full week off to get ready for a playoff run, especially since we won’t have a bye and therefore have to play a wild card game.

I’m a proponent of resting guys. If our bye week was in week 13 or 14 I’d be against it but not to the point I’m at now. Still wouldn’t like it. Furthermore that record would be an afterthought if they run out of gas down the road or if someone gets hurt in that game that effects their chances at winning a SB.
