Would we only be cheering for the Lions tomorrow and next so these 2 teams beat the piss out of each other next week and we’d face the Vikings in NFCC?  I honestly can’t keep up with all these playoff scenarios at this point.

For me, I would rather the Lions get the 1 seed over the Vikings. I think their defense is weaker due to their losses. Plus, I don't hate the Lions. I'd rather they go to NO if we don't.

Packers very pedestrian

Really hope falcons pull off the upset tonight so the rams/seahawks, New Orleans/tampa, falcons/panthers, commanders/cowboys and lions/vikings games next week all have significant meaning.

The Eagles can just troll their fans again.

If we win. Going there is not ideal.

I have never been to either stadium but based on what I have seen watching games. But I would think that since ford field has lower cielings than us bank it means a louder crowd noise.

I'm fully aware.  I think the Lions have much better fans and their place gets much louder.

I would say that basically next week doesn’t matter for the Eagles (we could win or lose, and still be 2nd seed).  It comes down to who would you rather play in the NFC championship game if we can’t be the home team.

I will say the one good thing is we've never lost a post season game in that stadium.

Which is why it wpuls be fun to win the NFC Championship in their building after already winning a Super Bowl there.

Packers win when it all clicks. When it’s a fist fight? Ehhh. Not enough alphas.

I'm not scared of any NFC team in the playoffs. Fangio and the #1 defense make it very different this year, plus Barkley.

Vikings and Packers are not that great, they've beat a bunch of garbage or mediocre teams. Lions are really banged up. The Bucs have had our number but this year will be different. The Commanders are frauds and barely beat us with Pickett coming off the bench cold and our defense happened to have their worst game of the year.

We should be strongly rooting for the Vikings next week.

You mean ‘Foles’, I assume

Doesn't matter to me, they'll beat them. Eagles won at Cincy, Baltimore, LA, and had plenty of convincing wins vs last year's ugly wins. The #1 defense and Barkley. Teams should be scared of playing the Eagles.

Tbh the divisional round opponent can really help or hurt your chances. If the eagles as a 2 get the 3 seeded rams/falcons/tampa (assuming they win) and Vikings/lions as 5 wins then 1 seed lions/vikings would play a team that’s 14-3 arguably tougher than Tampa/rams/falcons. Meanwhile if the 3 seed loses to 6 then the lions/vikings get packers/commanders/bucs and eagles would get minnesota/lions

The Browns losing drops the Giants to the #4 pick.

Respect to Pickett playing through broken ribs and injections even though I prefer McKee

You going to watch the game in Philly dude? I’ll be honest I just want to watch in a good sports bar with Philly fans so I’m open to any good suggestions…

No. Just had past experiences during Phillies World Series games and what not. Everywhere is going to be packed and places like Xfinity Live and Chickies usually require tickets for any Super Bowl in general. I would just research it ahead of time to make sure you are good because just showing up the day of will probably lead to headaches.

Minnesota is a good team

I would rather they not get the one seed

Ive been to ford field a few times. Its pretty tame by our standards

People can claim recency bias if they want, but I would much rather Detroit beat Minnesota next week and have to beat the Lions there, than have to go to Minnesota.

If we are not going to be home for the championship game, I would rather travel to the team that has the worse defense

I’m not sure. On one hand you have a good point but on the other hand I think Darnold melts in the playoffs.

Yeah definitely want to avoid that bud! Don’t want to travel from the UK and not be able to get in anywhere.

I can’t decide at this point who id rather face. Not sure Hurts will be able to dominate against this Vikings defense.  Maybe he can against Detroit but not even sure about that.  This is going to be an angry and motivated defense for the next month to get anywhere in the playoffs.  Similar to 2022 besides the SB.
