August 4, 20241 yr Manhunt - The untold story of mr_hunt. Actually it’s about the hunt for John Wilkes Booth after he assassinated Lincoln. If you like docu-dramas it’s decent. I hated the guy they picked to play Lincoln at first but he gets better in subsequent scenes and almost redeems the casting choice. Patton Oswalt tried his best to ruin it, but couldn’t quite pull it off.

September 1, 20241 yr The Instigators - This was a pretty stinking enjoyable movie. Funny lines throughout, Damon and Affleck’s characters are likable and those two obviously like working together. Much better than the Road House remake. Even though I liked this one, I’m not sure what happened to Doug Liman . He used to make better movies.
September 26, 20241 yr Bad Monkey has been enjoyable enough, has a nice breezy feel to it, but I think I'm ready for it to be over. Also, Rosa is a smoke show.
October 8, 20241 yr Wolfs was OK - started out kinda slow. Picked up some momentum in the second half - hopefully it carries into the sequel

Too much of a commitment. 😂 I was a huge fan already as I read Hugh Howey’s trilogy. It’s a really cool take on the post-apocalyptic genre. I’d definitely consider it a show I "highly recommend.”

I’m on episode 5 right now of this show. It’s fantastic. Apple TV doesn’t have a ton of new content but it rarely misses when it does. Question though.. Spoiler Why hasn’t someone built a ‘ukn elevator or something generic like a big dumbwaiter so they can visit each other 144 floors away more often?
