The 2023-25 Bengals

15-13 in games where Burrow plays the majority of the game

6-7 with Browning and Flacco playing most of the game

That's what you do when you have 2 great WRs and you are a mediocrity.

Bengals don't believe in defense. If the offense is putting up 34 and your defense allows 40, well skippyV you won't win a lot of games

I am curious why you have an avatar of the worst white QB ever as your avatar while screaming racism

I’m curious about who’s paying his data usage because there’s no way he works hard enough to make a living. Philly fans ask their athletes to work hard. Utley was a working man’s pro while Rollins dogged it out of the batter’s box and on the base paths too often. He was rightly criticized for being lazy.

Trying to contrast the Sixers to another organization by making a claim the other one is badly run illustrates a lack of awareness and common sense.

They might be friends again if he got 10 solid targets

🤣

DeVonta is actually closer to Chase from a route running standpoint than AJ is. A lot of stuff that we see from Chase in the route tree, DeVonta can do similar but not as good. AJ is still dominant in his own right but operates as a pure physical X receiver.

I’ve always thought that DeVonta has been criminally underutilized in his time here and am surprised he wanted to re-up here instead of hitting the market. A coach like McVay or Shanahan would use him 10x better than Sirianni has used him.

I'd be surprised if he stayed here another contract if Hurts is the QB. Dude could be an all pro on a team with a pure passer

And he refuses to throw to the middle of the field. How nice must it be to play defense knowing the middle of the field is gone?

Part of that is that his natural pass is kind of a floater type which is very catchable and very accurate but doesn't work when a bullet 20 yards down over the middle is necessary. He also doesn't throw timing routes against zones well, e.g. 15 yard curls in a hole in the zone. Just not his thing. He's corrected several of his limitations but I don't see him fixing this one. I hope I'm wrong.

In the end of the day, this O will need to get better blocking from the OL and be able to establish a running game. Also, Hurts will need to run more as they just don't have the luxury of trying to protect him by not running him. Making a total change with the O really means a change at QB and that isn't happening at this point.

Man, it only took 6 games before people are turning on the super bowl MVP. It feels like a full blown witch hunt now. Everybody with an axe to grind is pointing the finger at somebody.

This offense with the same personnel won a Super Bowl last year. It's not hard to see the only thing that changed was the OC.

You can’t just blame the crappy offense on the OC. Like you said, everyone but the RG has returned.

No way a Brees, Brady, manning, etc. offense would look this bad after getting a new OC.

It’s a combo of an elementary scheme and elementary QB play

Isn't this exactly what people were saying right before he signed his extension here?

Yeah Chase got 23 targets.....the Bengals threw 47 passes. Not sure that's our formula for success, and I don't really think that's the Bengals formula either, unless they plan on retiring Flacco permanently

Damn, Parsons went scorched earth.

Good.

He will either get fined, or potentially help Jalen Carter because he gets held almost every play.

Parson is saying what I'm sure many defensive players think. It's amazing how subjective holding calls are. It's amazing how subjective many penalties are...what is seen, what isn't seen by the officials (theoretically). And with all the types of penalties the NFL has implemented, you probably need a PHD in officiating these days. Unless, of course, officials go by the script they're given ph34r ^_^

As the saying goes. Now he's a cheeshead, there will plenty of cheese available to go with his whine

And yet he diminishes the potential of two of the best WRs in the game.

@HazletonEagle @Diehardfan @Godfather @Lambo

You guys all cleaned up and toweled off from last night? Ready to start another productive day?

Thats not the only thing that changed. The most important thing that changed is that there is no dominant run game this year to hide Hurts deficiencies and win in spite of him.
