People in high positions like control and crafting out advanced plans for multiple scenarios. Dashing those plans and turning back the clock is going to really piss off a lot of front offices...this changes the edge plans for more teams than just the Ravens. Now they are all changing their calculus on how the chips are falling differently all the way through the draft.

General thing for the offense...between the new system, Hurts, and Siri (and this is no affront intended to any of them)...I do think it is best to try to conserve resources on that side of the ball in preparation for a widespread deconstrunction and reconstruction. And that's where good assets can get lost. The least likely position to fail to develop and suffer as collateral damage in scheme/regime changes is offensive line, which also happens to be a major need.

That's why I struggle to get excited about TE's and WR's in the early rounds of this draft. OL can make the team better in 2026 and can have a long-term future here no matter what goes down.

I thought I remembered it from a video. Could be wrong. Dont see it in his scouting report. Maybe it was someone else I liked. I have been through about 6 million WRs in this draft.
