He's a backup at best who might not even play S. I seriously doubt it.

Pretty much down Hendrickson, Chubb, and Greenard if we are to get a legit impact player at edge rusher. Ebikettie and Epenesa are decent but more in that Ojulari/Uche clearance signings.

I think Ebiketie could be an underrated guy that comes out of this group. Not thrilling no but still I think he's better than expected

He's an Avonte Maddox type who isn't bad to have around as a Swiss army knife depth piece for the secondary.

I like Ebikettie more than Ojulari/Uche but he isn't a borderline slam dunk impact player is my point. Epenesa the same but in a different way as he is just a really solid guy.

If they're is a guy who is a slam dunk to be solid then that replaces Phillips who was just solid himself.

Id sign the solid guy and then look to the draft to improve the position and hopefully solidify the position for the future.
