I don’t usually get personal on here, but your post hit me. I’ve been where you are. I’ve had a couple suicide attempts in my past and spent time in inpatient treatment afterward. I’m still in therap

That's interesting because of his connections with Baltimore.

Also fascinating the Raiders have the money to get these players deals done anyways. Wonder if the raiders find a deal that might not be for as much or they just keep him and say F it

Soooooo

AJ for Crosby straight up?

Safe to say: craziest trade in the last 30 years!!!

Big Family Chaos

The fact that Howie signed two complete opposites at TE gives no tell to teams who might want to figure out which TE the eagles will target in the draft. These are 1 year deals which I suspect will be small and may not even lock either player in to a roster spot.

Is this a smoke screen if the eagles have decided one of Sadiq or Stowers is their guy?

Came here looking for this…1 year deal. Not a fan of him at all. Can live with 1 year if it’s low money. He’s simply not very good imo.

I have said I want CB2 to be a playmaker because Q and Coop have not been generating INTs. Woolen will do that.

Q and Coop gotta get thrown at to generate ints. Woolen, meh…he’s really not good. Metrics don’t match the tape.

The market has shrunk and they obviously want to move on from him and now he has been labeled as damaged goods if it's true or not. I can't see them keeping him after already trying to trade him away. They probably want him gone before it really turns into a circus. Price just went down :)

A player contract is different than a trade. Contracts have to be signed to be enforceable. A trade is an agreement between teams. I think both sides have to submit the agreement but I am not sure that a team can just back out without reason.

They don’t submit anything though at this time for either.

The only hole on the roster IMO is TE. Mid starters aren’t holes they are just mid.

We don't have just "mid starters", we have 3 OL who can't stay healthy, zero edge depth and zero S depth

Burke by the way is 6'9'' with 34 1/4'' arms

He's big and powerful but how did he do at the Shrine Bowl.

They also traded the Eagles a guy who retired a few days after moving him

I posted earlier- refreshed my memory on his scouting report. He played two years of CB in college. Converted from WR. He surely survived on athleticism and length and needs development in technique and positional IQ. Even a few years in to his NFL career he can probably be considered green.

Hows his tape from rookie year when he played so well with Hurtt as his defensive coordinator? Hopefully that looked solid and is the most translatable to the version we will be getting.

Im not super high on the signing like some people seemed to be. I still want Jackson back to make sure we have an option in case Woolen needs benching like he did this year in Seattle. But Im holding out hope that somehow Clint Hurtt seems to be a CB whisperer. Legend goes, he caught 4 INTs at once one time.

New Seahawks DC Clint Hurtt hasn't forgotten 'the village ...
