Daylen Everett grew up an eagles fan, even before they became the georgia eagles.

Hes a tall and fast georgia CB but hes better than Ringo. Not one of my very top targets but hes on the list.

He fits the Eagles’ apparent physical thresholds and should land in the right part of the draft that we can afford - perhaps a way to get off the CB2 carousel for a couple seasons IF he pans out.

I would rather have not known we were involved. damnit.

Seems like we’ve missed on just about all our primary options just like we did with OC. Doesn’t mean things won’t out anyway but it would hard to describe this offseason as going well on paper right now

Honestly, I blame AJ for any and all FA misses this year. Its affecting how we can spend.

If this team comes up short on talent this year its on him for forcing his way out early.

They seem to believe their starting safety is already on the roster

Darnell Mooney chose Dart over Hurts 🤣

Or they love the draft class

So I wonder if they are doing any work on this Goddard situation or just out golfing today

There's no one left at safety worth signing. They better hope someone good is available in the draft. If not we're going to be lamenting this up until the trade deadline. Every time the Eagles neglect a position it bites them in the ass. They'll prob just sign Epps for cheap.

It could be Howie gave Goedert a standing offer and his agent is out fishing for something better.

They can sign Epps and draft one in the first 2 rounds. Or Taaffe in like round 4 and end up in good shape.

If they want a vet, Im not sure when Sneed stopped being considered as a potential safety but, thatd be a nice steadying presence Id think. And maybe he belongs making that transition back to S after his injuries.

I think theyve had long enough to fish. This is all hinging on the Brown situation. This is being run like a 6ers offseason. Theres always some move hanging over our heads that we have to wait on while the rest of the league gets to make their moves. AJ Brown is Fing us this year.

Sydney Brown is a caged animal just waiting to be let out. If they actually let Sydney Brown start he could be a star in this defense.

Safety may not be BPA on their board for any of the first 3 rounds or there might be a run on them and none worth taking on the board. You can't really control the draft. When you leave it up to chance sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you get burned.

In the 1st round we are probably pretty likely to see either Thieneman or McNeil-Warren on the board for us. Considering the positional value, its probably extremely common to see S3 still on the board at pick 23. Maybe even S2. We may have a choice between the two.

If its BPA at a position of need, itll definitely be a consideration.

Then, with the depth of DL in the class, its probably the smartest choice.

OL and WR likely wont be BPA at 23.

Funny enough, we could be looking at a safety or Stowers. S and TE. lol.

Just don't see them taking safety in round 1 I'd be stunned. I think it'll be OL, Edge, WR.

of course, those are the most typical eagles moves. This class looks different though so the decision might not be so black and white.

I guess Howie called in sick today....again.......

Control of FA is an illusion. The only reality is the cap

No one should trust Howie drafting a safety in the first two rounds. The one position he has never drafted a good safety in his history as a GM. Ideal situation is we make our first two picks and we come out with some combo of OL/Edge/TE/WR.

I don’t follow the NHL, like the NFL I only watch the Flyers and only know their players, but why does it seem that the flyers always have the worst power play and penalty kill?

Hey. Just tell everyone you’re a Cowboys fan and be done with it. It all makes sense.

They haven't had good special teams since Laviolette was the coach. There may have been one random good year since then

Who is the starting level safety that Roseman has drafted in his long career as GM?
