It may just simply be that Doug and Wentz are not really compatible as a team. Now if that's the case that's a worry because in that situation Wentz probably wins because Doug doesn't come with a cap hit.

We were at 4 because the Chargers and Cowboys hadn't played yet to catch up to our bad win pct. by losing that week.   We never were in a better draft position than 6 at the end of a week.

Lurie won't fire a SB winning head coach who constantly wins when he's not saddled with Wentz for one year of cap relief. These next 3 games are gonna solidify that.

Hurts was better than Wentz, and I’m a guy who hated the Hurts pick and seriously doubted whether he could even be an NFL QB.

All the bitter Wentz fanboys will make excuses for days, but no way in Hell we win this game with Carson at QB.

I don’t think you have a discussion about Wentz’s long term future until you see what Hurts does the next 3 weeks, if he continues to start. Also depends where Eagles fall in draft order, as well as what QB are draftable there.

We're not winning the division. We have to go at least 2-1. Our DBs are all hurt, and the opponents now have game film on Hurts. 4 of our 5 "wins/ties" have been at home too, where our DL performs much better. 

The Eagles played with a "Spark" today. That doesn't carry over every single week.

I don't think the next 3 games are going to change a lot for Lurie to be honest. I think most of the big decisions are made in his head.

Hurts doesn't have to be the answer though. Hurts may prove to be a bridge type QB if they decide Wentz isn't the answer. But to me the answer is looking more and more like it isn't Wentz. This team responds better when he's not out there.

He took the plays that were there for him. He didn't force things, he didn't wait for things to unfold. If he needed to he ran. That helps the OL and the helps the offense stay on the field. 

Not taking anything away from Hurts but I just can’t see his ceiling being higher than a more athletic Tyrod Taylor. Someone earlier threw out a McNabb comparison... no way he has that same arm talent
