The ones that Howie wants on the Practice Squad have no doubt also been told of that desire. If they get a better offer they will no doubt be better prepared to deal with that offer because of the early "heads up.”

That’s what the Eagles do in PS3. A substantial portion were to Lemon, who hasn’t really been available to McKee at all. He had the third string as his OL. We saw that with Dalton as well, although by that time Lemon was sitting. The TEs were basically Smartt, Jenkins and Latu with clear intentional targets to Latu. Think that tends to impact the QB.
