Or even DeJean who was actually supposed to be a big INT guy and now cant catch either.

Oh, he had one INT that I certainly recall. I even remember the date, February 9, 2025.😉

The Athletic’s Brooks Kubena actually looked into how many snaps each team took with 1 second left on the play clock. This was not a surprising stat.

What surprises me the most about this is the 250% increase across the league if I'm reading that right. That's an intentional move and there's probably analytics that back it up to counter the way defenses adjust.

I would be more interested to see when the team broke the huddle or got the playcall in compared to other teams, because that's what seemed to be the biggest issue. Felt they were breaking the huddle with 10 secs on the clock, also giving the offense little time to adjust or get set.

Good read

Good news for the game

Check out Mitchell’s walk and the knee brace. Hyperextended would be my guess

Hopefully showcasing some trade bait

Why?

The defense is going to be elite this year, top 3 maybe higher.

Practice on one step cut is my guess

As opposed to pictures next to Bell and Morris, this puts Lampkin size in a more tolerable perspective.

There are a lot of drills they show that may seem odd to us, but there are trained and knowledgeable people that are experts in conditioning, strength training, injury prevention/recovery, nutrition, sports science, etc. and I would imagine they do movements and exercises to work certain muscles or work on flexibility or something.

funny. according to DiBona, the jugs machine was a sign that he was in jeopardy of bring ready week 1.

Quinyon glute(butt)

DeJean - groin

Sure it's just precaution.

There was a clip a few days ago. Mann sets up a garbage can, basically coffin corner. And tries to punt it into the can. Lots of reps doing that. That’s good because directional punting is his biggest weakness. Elliott comes out and placekicks towards the can and almost makes it. That and his makes on FG drills are good signs for the season.

My contribution to the white helmet discussion(like ya'll give a rats ass). Local HS team just south of Dallas about 12 miles...DeSoto Eagles various helmets through the last couple of years, their colors are green and gold vs just green. I love the icy whites that Texas (Longhorns) wear, there is a bit too much going on with the pattern in the green wings in these white helmets imo, just a solid green would be just fine. I really like the larger wings on the bottom gold helmet.

This will always be my favorite PHI uni:

But I think PHI would look cool with this uni once or twice a year, just make the wings bigger:

I believe this will be an amazing year for the defense. Hopefully they can start off dominant while the offense rolls out the new offense for a couple weeks or so.

Someone tugged his groin too hard the other day. Probably just precaution.
