The Athletic’s Brooks Kubena actually looked into how many snaps each team took with 1 second left on the play clock. This was not a surprising stat.

If they didn't guarantee $5 million of his $6 million contract, one could argue he is a cut candidate.

Yeah, I don't see any real chance they cut him and eat the gteed money.

Smith, Wicks, Lemon and Brown are locks I think. Cooper is getting there. If we keep 6, it's Moore vs. Wilson.

Cooper is already a roster lock imo and probably should be WR3 to begin the season till Lemon earns it.

I think Cooper would have much more trust if last years offense spread the ball more. Think he was capable of contributing more as a rookie and we would all be comfortable with him in a larger role by now.

If Lemon is healthy he’ll get his fair share of snaps early. Even if he misses all of camp.

I feel awful for Jared Verse. Ascending stud got traded off a super bowl favorite in LA to that crap in Cleveland. And they own his ass through 2028. Not even including possible franchise tags.

Thinking Lemon starts season on IR and misses first 4 weeks, while having flexibility to retain Wilson & Moore. And then see how it all shakes out. Thinking they want to keep Wilson if at all possible. May be easier to stash him on PS (after 4 weeks) when rosters are all firmed up for teams. This way they keep all options available with that move, while Lemon gets into shape and up to speed. If he can't be one of the Top 3 to start the season and gets very few snaps anyway, this plan makes most sense. And I can't see them dumping Hollywood this early on.
