Ok so Wentz gets traded. The QB room is only Hurts?! Ugh.

Need a plan there now. Sudfeld is plank of wood so BYE to him. Now 2 new QBs need to be added to the roster. QB Factory or QB Killers, what is this Org?

You're absolutely right there. But I'd have to believe that if they trade Wentz they'll bring in a FA? Like a veteran guy. Maybe someone like Fitzpatrick or someone?

Yeah I agree, UK. They would need to bring in a FA, 100%. Maybe 2.

Hmm possibly. I'd suggest a decent veteran back up and then draft a QB at some point in this year's draft. They can always bring in a camp arm at some point.

My trust in Roseman is at an all time low but if the Eagles can get good value for Wentz and Ertz and maybe some other veterans they need to trim off of the cap then they might have the chance to quickly rebuild this roster with this draft position they find themselves with.  

Hurts was exciting to watch, I think he should have played earlier in the season and if the Eagles stick with him I think he has the ceiling a QB in the 15-25 range amongst the league.  He doesn't have the ideal arm strength I'd like to see from a young QB for a team to build around and his style of play with running being such a big part of his game will make injuries always a higher risk.  He also seems to have the same fumbling problem Wentz has.  

So I'm fine with Hurts for next year but I wouldn't be opposed to the Eagles looking at QB in the draft if one of the top 3 guys slips to them but it is unlikely any would.

If Carson Wentz wants to move on, then let him go !! His contract should be stopped the moment he is let go. Its non-sense to pay someone millions of dollars if he isn't here or not playing . SO, keep Hurts, and give him the full reigns of the offense and see what he can do.

They won't be able to afford Fitz.  If they do trade Wentz and he reworks his deal for the new team or something is done to take less of a hit to the Eagles cap, then they might have money to sign a veteran.  Otherwise they would need a cheaper veteran and likely draft someone to develop.  You know, for the factory.

I actually think Wentz and Hurts will both be back next year.  And then if something happens like in 2016 where another team loses a QB for the season they might get desperate and Howie can sucker them into a trade.

I suspect you're right. I think both will be back and my god I'm not looking forward to the ish show that's going to play out next year. But hey there is a long way to go until that point.

I just read an article that said Howie asked Ertz to talk to.carson about staying.
