He might. I liked the pick. But it’s clear he’s neither good enough nor ready enough to learn on the job.

He’s bent over on every play like he’s picking something off the ground. Leverage and quickness jump off the screen in a bad way. He needs a year+ of strength, conditioning, and off-field work.

He’s only getting his confidence trashed and telegraphing to the FO that they need to look elsewhere by playing right now. Would have been better off with a redshirt year (likely two).

After the Giants blowout the Eagles next week to complete the trifecta of being blown out by division rivals and the Eagles head into the bye, then there has to be a very low percent chance thar Sirianni is still the HC coming out of that bye.

Bell will be fine as a backup tackle. We can't lower our bar by the means of Bell, Kendall as future replacements for pro bowl and HOF players. They need to get beck to the top of the mountain with the o-line. That's how we win championships. Lowering the bar to Bell & Kendall may be, ok and fine as cost saving players, but we will not be serious contenders either. Draft blue chippers and sign a top FA as well.

McKee can’t get the ball downfield. His mobility is limited, he looks overmatched whenever the defense brings pressure.

I have no interest in watching Milton; he’s a scrub. Normally I’d want to give Payton a much longer runway, but screw it. When the team drafts a Day 1-2 QB next season he’ll be pushed to an afterthought anyway. Get him out there and let him run around a bit and be entertaining.

Lurie’s obsession with the Shanahan offense derailed this season to failure before it began. That was the thing that kickstarted the bad OC search, losing Stoutland. And everything that followed.
