There are some who don't care for how Vic addresses things either, which is why there's no right/wrong way. That’s why I said overall opinion, even though I have never heard anyone dislike how Vic does it. There certainly isn’t anyone that likes how Nick does it besides people in the building.
1 hour ago1 hr You could check out this actual interesting breakdown.... or you could watch Shane Haff pretend like he understands football every week and complain about WRs running routes in the same general area which happens with every team, every game, every week in NFL history.

According to him, thats how Greenard gets better.

There's s bunch of 19, 16, 15, 15, 14 million dollar coaches without a trophy. Then, go back to the time Siri and McVay won theirs, what were they making back then? Probably less.

Probably less.Mcvay was making $14 mil per season after his extension in 2019.Imo I think Jerry even if they won a Super Bowl still wouldn’t pay his head coach that. I don’t think he believes the head coach is what gives them the best opportunity to win so he can save money on paying them that. I think he believes he and his personnel decisions is what’s gonna give him the best chance at winning.

That team was being carried by Taylor and Jones was simply playing better than he typically does.Your argument only makes sense if you're talking about bringing him in for OC job, but as a HC it makes absolutely zero sense. You weren't paying attention at all last season if you don't think he was playing at an MVP level. He was being talked about as an MVP candidate until he got hurt. His numbers were great through 13 gameshttps://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JoneDa05/gamelog/2025/If Lurie wants an offensive minded HC, steichen makes sense

The project to migrate was a generationally bad one, the new system didn't fit the business need and we had to live with something that just didn't work. Mgmt just walked away. Not saying its a like for like, but its the same vibes I'm getting here.Keep in mind the offensive system here for the prior 3 years, on the whole, sucked. They were saved by a historic run game in 2024. It makes sense that the front office wanted a change. If they let Nick choose another of his butt buddies to run the same tired system we would all be ripping them

I saw more passes from Hurts across the middle and getting it out quicker, but then the injuries started piling up. I think Mannion should get another year and learn from this season so he can improve as an OC next year.Mannion might be the next Vince Lombardi. The only thing I’m judging is his judgement in coming here and taking this job…which was inarguably poor.

After last nights game, kind of think they are the favorite in the nfc. SF might be the top seed but i think their injuries catch up to them and i think Chicago’s offense is more sustainable.

He could never deliver in college when the pressure was on.

Simmons helps but i do think they could use some more help. However i think the bears run game can take over a game and help him. Tbh i think every team that’s a contender has issues. Niners are old and can’t stay healthy. Lions defense stinks. Minnesota has offensive issues. Rams and Seahawks might get left out. I think packers have some same questions the bears do with Jordan love and their run game is nonexistent even with Jacobs. Imo I actually think I trust Ben Johnson more than I trust Kyle Shanahan in a big game.
