Lurie’s obsession with the Shanahan offense derailed this season to failure before it began. That was the thing that kickstarted the bad OC search, losing Stoutland. And everything that followed.

Its not working....at all

If they are making a change why go Milton vs the kid? The season is done. Play McKee or put in the rookie. It's not like Milton is going to fix all the issues because there are a bunch ahead of QB play.

Switching would just be to lower our chances of winning vs Indy / prevent any hope of continuity developing on the offense for tanking purposes. Milton got here the other day, YOLO is just a run around guy.

Who are the top head coaching candidates?

In terms of retreads I’d be open to Tomlin or Grudog.

Who are the hot coordinators? Declan Doyle and who else on offense? Brian Flores and who else on defense?

I would consider Steichen also when he gets canned. He never had a legit roster to work with in Indy.

Its the same offense though.... jalen wasnt good with smitty, wicks, goedert, lane....tanner is doing about the same with coop, lemon, and less line. Im not saying tanner would be better than jalen with everyone back in (i dont believe that is the case) I feel a lot of you are having illusions jalen would be doing literally any better.

Don’t lump me in with the Hurts fluffers. I think the offensive scheme has pretty much sucked regardless. Last week only looked good because Dallas is poorly coached and had no idea how to attack our crappy scheme.

She’s new to the job. She’s trying to immerse herself into the whole operation — player acquisition and gameday. She gave the GM what he needed and he failed. She kept the coach because he looked like a good coach with some bad luck. She’s sat back and observed and let it all play out. I

Why does she need to immerse herself? She could just hire people who have actually been trained for the job, but like a nepo baby she has to prove she's not an imposter and deserves to be an NFL CEO. She's the smartest one in the room. She probably understands like 50% of what she hears on the headset. Uber rich nepo baby hubris

Every other OZ play is a TFL, blowouts shouldn’t be a problem.

-This is probably THE worst coached team in all of football right now. Even Vic is getting owned every week with teams getting WR's matched up one one on with Safeties or even Linebackers. Sirianni has ZERO answers for anything and he is finally being exposed.

-The team has flat out quit on the coaches.

-Tanner McKee is not even a good backup

-Bell is a rookie and they are giving him zero help so I will give him a pass but Dickerson, Steen, and even Mailata to a lesser degree suck right now

-Howie's biggest mistake this offseason BY FAR which isn't being talked about enough was choosing Sirianni over Stoutland.

-Let the full on tank begin.

Lurie and Howie have a very difficult decision to make with Sirianni and these coaches. If I were them, as of right now, I lean toward letting Sirianni go. But sheesh, it is a difficult decision. We're talking about the most successful Eagles' coach of all-time. He's super difficult to evaluate for all of the reasons everyone will continue to go on about. Has Mannion even been given a fair shot? Difficult decisions ahead for our decision makers.

Watch them go on a heater, win nine straight, take the division, get bounced early, and ruin our top-five pick, all just to piss us off even more. 😂

She’s collecting information from the top down. That’s what any good owner should do, not just hire a right hand man and just trust them to make right calls.

It's not a difficult decision at all. The team has quit on him and he is being exposed as a total fraud who can only have success as a coach when EVERYTHING is perfect around him. He has ZERO answers to fix things when answers are needed.

We very easily could finish 2-15. And with a good new coaching staff and a healthy roster we could be a contender as soon as next year.

Just gotta write off this season. It’s a mulligan due to injuries.

Hate to say it better health doesn't solve this. OL needs a full rebuild. Even Mailata might be slipping some. This team needs help EVERYWHERE. Everyone regressed since that fluke superbowl championship. Everyone is for sale. Except Q. Need a ton of picks to turn this sucker around. A TON!!!! We are 11 starters away to put it mildly.

It's easy to point the finger at the QBs this year. McKee wasn't great tonight, but that situation is so bad I'm not sure it matters who is under center. When week after week it's nothing in the 2nd half they don't have answers to other team's adjustments. Toss in the OL and no run game....it's just toxic at this point.

Uh huh, and every team with a lot of talent have always succeeded the way his have.

Wrong. Don’t overreact to an injury plagued season. When the roster is healthy a lot of these guys will be much better.

I'm curious what the tape will show on Bell. He had a few bad plays, but you expect that from a guy who was supposed to sit for the year and learn under Lane. It doesn't help his OL coach is dog crap. They need Stout back.

Time will tell with Sirianni. Let’s see how other organizations feel about the most successful Eagles coach whose over reliant on position coaches and coordinators, and let’s see if by some miracle he latches on somewhere else how succcesful he is then. Sirianni has always been a byproduct of an organization operating at its peak.

Kendell and Bell are fine as backups but they are proving they aren't starters. Steen is horrendous without great players around him. They need to completely revamp the OL other than Mailata.

Put Barkley on IR and end this charade please

Shes doing a little more than just collecting information. Shes meddling. Who the hell wants their owner on the freaking headset and walking around on the sidelines?

Not even Jerry Jones is that blatant and he actually knows more about football than Carlie Irsay will ever know

Typical nepo baby. Getting something handed to her and trying to actually do a good job.
