I get they want to try out Bell but they should consider kicking Steen out to RT then backfilling RG.

It's not a difficult decision at all. The team has quit on him and he is being exposed as a total fraud who can only have success as a coach when EVERYTHING is perfect around him. He has ZERO answers to fix things when answers are needed.

@AmericanEagle77 disagrees with this statement. He believes in Siri and thinks he’s a great coach. He just can’t tell you why

Kendell and Bell are fine as backups but they are proving they aren't starters. Steen is horrendous without great players around him. They need to completely revamp the OL other than Mailata.

Maybe, but again their OL coach is so bad I'm not sure what we have with them. The guy can't coach so I wouldn't expect him to be able to teach and help them grow.

Typical nepo baby. Getting something handed to her and trying to actually do a good job.

Yeah I'm sure she's charting down all the headset chatter then breaking down the film herself so she really knows what's what.

Shes doing a little more than just collecting information. Shes meddling. Who the hell wants their owner on the freaking headset and walking around on the sidelines?

Not even Jerry Jones is that blatant and he actually knows more about football than Carlie Irsay will ever know

I don’t see it as meddling at all. It’s not like she’s on the headset asking them to run flea flickers.

They should consider bringing Stout back or getting an OL coach who doesn't belong on the street

You might be right but I"m not taking that chance and the number one priority this off-season after firing the fraud and hiring he right guy to replace him is revamping the OL. I would also beg Stoutland to come back and backup the brinks truck at his driveway.

This is something more serious than people care to admit. A coach won't solve this lack of talent we have here. Fangio is a great coach and he doesn't have the same talent from previous years. Just from last year huge dropoffs from Dean, JP and Blank losses. And JD and JC are pretty much invisible and not fighting out there especially in the run game. Getting pushed around for whatever reason. 650 pounds of flesh. There is a major degradation of talent since 2024.

Agreed. I was so FN wrong about what a big loss Stoutland would be. The OL wasn't good last year but they were 1,000 times better than they have e been this year.

You don't see how that could possibly affect the coaches performance if they know the dumbarse owner is listening to everything? What information could she possibly be gleaning? It's idiotic.

She should just sit up in her little box and drink some martinis like every other owner. FFS sometimes it's not ground breaking it's just dumb

No, I wanted edge but we'll see. They very well could need an OT as well with the first this year which sucks. They all look lost out there and not on the same page with blocking and responsibilities and regress every week. The guy was trash in MN I'm not sure why he was even hired. So many people aren't blocked on these bad plays.

Coaching and the roster are both big time problems. Both can be true. Which is the bigger problem....I don't know.

Lurie and Howie have a very difficult decision to make with Sirianni and these coaches. If I were them, as of right now, I lean toward letting Sirianni go. But sheesh, it is a difficult decision. We're talking about the most successful Eagles' coach of all-time. He's super difficult to evaluate for all of the reasons everyone will continue to go on about. Has Mannion even been given a fair shot? Difficult decisions ahead for our decision makers.

It’s not difficult. We’re seeing what happens when he doesn’t have a massive talent advantage. He’s Barry Switzer-ish.

It's easy to point the finger at the QBs this year. McKee wasn't great tonight, but that situation is so bad I'm not sure it matters who is under center. When week after week it's nothing in the 2nd half they don't have answers to other team's adjustments. Toss in the OL and no run game....it's just toxic at this point.

yup....there is a fundamental truth in leadership....when it feels like personalities it is almost always systems...what the Eagle fans are seeing is a total team collapse across all units...we saw it a few years ago with Sirianni. This is not on the injuries or the players....this is culture...at this point...the players have no direction, people are going to feel powerless and start doing things on their own...the coaches have no answer.and they are going to start grasping at straws out of desperation. I am hoping the brain trust holds their collective minds together and do nothing rash. It is almost like the dream team scenario where the Eagles over invested and players are not playing to their contracts. The backloading of massive contracts are coming due and there will need to be wholesale change.

As for this season, this will be progressive until Sirianni is gone but...unfortunately there is no Plan B ...there is no other option but to ride it out and get a head start now in finding the next coach

The crazy thing that pretty much nobody talks about is how close this team is to being 0-8.

Wrong. Don’t overreact to an injury plagued season. When the roster is healthy a lot of these guys will be much better.

No. Tonight you shouldn't lose a terrible Deadskins team and get blown out. This isn't an injury issue. Or a coaching issue. We have some pretty bad to mediocre players on this team across the board. No flukes.

The thing with Stoutland to me was when the rumor came out a couple weeks ago that the offensive line along with stoutland weren’t communicating with patullo so there was confusion and looked worse. Granted some guys were just not good and banged up.

Imo stripping stoutland of run game coordinator was BS. The fact that he led you to the one of the most historic rushing attacks in NFL history and you took it away from him a couple of games after doing that was always BS.

Anyone who doesn't realize what a fraud Sirianni is at this point is a FN moron.

You seem mad that she would just listen in on the game day operation to learn how the coaches interact, make decisions and give their teams an advantage or disadvantage.

It’s no different than Lurie taking "copious notes” during the draft to see which scouts or FO people were right in their evaluations.

I'm not sure the best coach in the sport can overcome Tanner McKee, a beat up OL, below average WRs, a defense (Fangio) that refuses to fit the run despite teams smashing it down our throat. It's an absolute mess. It's not like we have league-average circumstances right now. It's well below that.

I agree. They need a new coach. That shouldn't even be an argument. Need much much better talent. From starters to backups.

I don’t think Schuy is a moron at all.

What has been the one and only constant with the dysfunction on offense the last few years?
