I am unable to load the CVON forum page. I can view threads within CVON if I have a link directly to the thread but the main page listing the threads won’t load. I just get a white screen. I have tried multiple browsers on my phone and they all do the same thing. It opens if I am not logged in, but will not load if I am logged in. I’ve tried turning off ‘limit up address tracking’ deleting cookies and website data, restarting my phone, etc. 

 

it does load when I am logged in on a PC. Any thoughts if other settings or things to try?

Which of those two icons is active (for me, it's the one on the left). If yours is the one on the right, click the one on the left and then try to get into CVON and see if it works.

Someone suggested this a minute ago and I couldn’t figure it out. But  I just got it and I works. Thanks!

When I highlight some text in a new thread that I've created and select bold - it highlights the "B" as if it sees the text as bold but it doesn't actually make it bold face font. Tried to go back in and edit the thread after submitted but that didn't work either.  Not a big deal, just figured I'd make light of it.

Are you using a 'dark mode' theme? If so, it's bolded but it just doesn't show as well on a dark background. Switch to a light one and look at the text to see if it shows as being bolded there. Then switch back (if you want to).

Not using dark mode.  Check out the thread I started today about 1st vs. 2nd half stats.  Maybe it others see the bold face font but I don't for some reason.

This is how I see it (I can see some bolding):

 

One thing you can do for now (until I can figure out how to make it more obviously bolded... if that's possible), is also underline the bolded portions to make them stand out just a little more. Or change the color of that text to a different color like dark or Kelly Green.

Weird.  Here's how it looks for me. Clearly not showing bold face font on my end.

Try a different browser, it could be some setting in your current one.

It doesn't appear that Invision supports that, but I'll look into it to be sure.

Everything that I've read is that the problems there, are due to those platforms (or at least Facebook, but probably Instagram too). So Invision hasn't been able to remedy those issues (so far).

Have you updated Chrome? I can do it on my PC, so it sounds like it may be a browser issue.

Yeah, I logged on about 45 minutes ago and saw that we were offline and have been working on it ever since. 

Apparently, GoDaddy (our host), has some kind of known issue where their system will show that websites have maxed out their resources (CPU, Disk space, RAM, etc), and put the site offline. 

So on the phone, they're telling me that we've maxed out and need an upgrade. That made ZERO sense being March and not during the season. Especially considering that we hit huge numbers during the Super Bowl and didn't max anything out.

So they refreshed their system and that put us back online. Annoying, but fixed.
