April 17, 20232 yr He wants gun manufacturers to be liable for crimes committed with their weapons. For reference, when Hillary suggested this in 2016, it was too far left for Bernie Sanders. "No ones coming for your guns!"

Why stop at the gun manufacturer when it's no good without the ammo? Maybe go after the bullet, case, primer and powder manufacturers as well. Are the car manufacturers going to be held accountable when someone drives through a crowd? Will alcohol companies be liable for deaths caused by drunks? Will politicians be held accountable for crimes committed by someone who is let go without bail? What about the manufacturer of the #2 pencil used to fail a test, can they be sued?

April 20, 20232 yr "We will not be taxing those earning under $400K a year"....... For the "smart" people I pose a question. How is this not considered shifting the high risk burden from the evil banking system to the private citizen? Experts believe that borrowers with a credit score of about 680 would pay around $40 more per month on a $400,000 mortgage under rules from the Federal Housing Finance Agency that go into effect May 1, costs that will help subsidize people with lower credit ratings also looking for a mortgage, according to a Washington Times report Tuesday. "The changes do not make sense. Penalizing borrowers with larger down payments and credit scores will not go over well," Ian Wright, a senior loan officer at Bay Equity Home Loans, told the Times. "It overcomplicates things for consumers during a process that can already feel overwhelming with the amount of paperwork, jargon, etc. Confusing the borrower is never a good thing."

The exceptions were in the article I posted, there was no need me to list them. Yes, after 24 hours, a warrant is required to keep an undercover operation going. However, a warrant is not needed to start one.

Hmm, actual socialist policies being implemented right now as we speak or speculative ideas without any concrete plans for funding. This is a tricky one. They're both so similar.
April 21, 20232 yr Im in 100% favor for Biden running again and the earlier he announces the better. They can immediately begin their time-honored campaign strategy of hiding Biden in a closet and letting the MSM campaign for him.

I’m sensing a trend here… This was shared elsewhere.. I'd really like to see a source for this other than the Washington Times and a vague reference to "experts" who believe something. I don't doubt that Dems could further screw up housing financing, but I'd also like to see some reference to the actual rule change. The only rule change I see on FHFA's website is this one: DTS Conlonias Final Rule The effective date for that though is July 1, not May 1 as stated by the Washington Times. I don't see any other final rule changes, or even proposed rules open for public comment that seem to imply the above: https://www.fhfa.gov/SupervisionRegulation/RegulationFederalRegister/Pages/Rules-Notices.aspx
