Abortion has yet to lose for Dems since Roe fell and it's the biggest wind in their sails in this election. Just lean in as hard as you can.

I don't worry too much about that, considering the speed of the news cycle. Any ill will will be long gone by election time. I worry far more about Biden sheeting the bed again in the next debate, only a month or so out from the election.

They can't really bypass Harris anyway, regardless who they ended up nominating. Without her name on the ticket, they stand to lose all the campaign money and their apparatus, not to mention the 100% guaranteed efforts of Republican states pulling every dirty trick in the book to keep any new nominee off the ballot.
