I would think that this game plan was designed around Wentz starting.  If Hurts starts, I can assure you they will design a game plan catered to his strengths.

Coaches need to make adjustments during the game.  If they were not rolling Wentz out of the pocket, why would they do that for Hurts?  The only excitement was when Hurts ran for his life.  Doug didn't design that.

Of course. Wentz is so bad its appropriate to compare him to a Rookie QB who was already mediocre coming out of college to begin with.

Let's see Hurts do what Wentz did last year? Can he carry a bad team? Also you gave 100 million dollars to Wentz. You are locked into him for two more years. Not gonna trade with that cap hit. You gonna release and take a huge hit? Nope. So what is this? They have to go back to him.

It wouldn’t have been hard to add in some more RPOs. They already use RROs with Hurts.

Night guys. Ugh, this team. 🤯

Get rid of Howie, a top 5 draft pick is in site as we may lose out

This. We don't need this asshat screwing up our top 5 pick which he inevitably will.

For getting throw into the fire at Lambeau, the Kid did exceptional.

Even the last pass wasn’t bad like everyone is saying. He didn’t get to follow through with it, if he did I think Ward catches it easily.

Meh, we don't know that. Packers would of probably played their defense differently if hurts started the whole game as opposed to late in the game with a 20 point lead

Well we would still have had a better chance than with garbage wentz for 2.5 quarters

I find it hilarious to see people say Hurts didn’t inspire when their god had a team meeting, and put himself out there and NO ONE on the team was inspired by him. Get a clue Wentz apologists. He’s a big part of the problem.

It didn't inspire Elliot to make a PAT

They seemed like they dialed up the RPO a little more though

Get rid of Wentz, let hurts start 2021, get Smith or Waddle in April and go O line round 2.

10+ wins next year.

Carson Wentz had 38 yards in the first half! It’s time to end it.

lol Giants win

Losing doesn't even feel bad anymore.

Brace yourselves because "Carson’s my quarterback” is coming

Wasn’t expecting a win.  Was nice to see Hurts get extended play.  He gives some hope for the future (even though I am still a Wentz believer).  Wentz just needs to get his head right (or at worst, a change in scenery).

Better late than never I guess. Carson needs to sit. For a while. Till he dresses in a different uniform.

sadly may be the only thing that saves his career.  ever since foles took over and lead the team to a super bowl win, wentz was never able to rebound to what he did in 2017.  granted the team and coaches changed around him..  but his play just never got back to where it was in 2017.  he doesn't take off with purpose anymore.  his passes aren't as crisp.

a new coaching staff here with coaches that actually put the screws to him and not be his buddy COULD help, but i dunno.  the team is in a rebuild and even if he were to get better with a new staff, the team around him may not help.

dunno if anyone would trade for him, but cutting him outright would be foolish.

OL isnt good enough for RPO

How many times do we need to see Wentz leave the game only for the backup to come in and the team looks like a professional football team again?

He would get traded before cut.

Hurts also inspired the D to give up a long rushing TD on a known running play.

Change in scenery. He's been done here since Foles won the super bowl

You must have missed the second half of last year?

Schwartz brought a safety blitz and they got toasted. Can we bench him too?

Why not? This season is a crap show. Wentz shouldn't be the only one that has to pay the bill for it.

Holding a team meeting, just to say your holding yourself accountable is not only disingeniuous but speaks volumes to his selfishness.

Carson just needs to stop talking and let his play speak for itself. If his play can't back up his hollow words, then he needs to ride the bench.
