Oh my, omicron: New Kansas bill protects ‘right to die.’ Why is GOP on COVID’s side?

https://www.yahoo.com/news/oh-omicron-kansas-bill-protects-110000466.html

In Kansas, a new law will prohibit businesses from dismissing unvaccinated employees if the worker provides a written excuse from a doctor — we hear Sen. Roger Marshall is available — or claims a "sincere” religious belief. It’s unclear what religion says you should put yourself and others in danger, and then lament your persecution when others mind.

The bill, from the party that used to hate unnecessary regulation and lawsuits, requires the Kansas Department of Labor to investigate allegations of businesses not following the law. It authorizes the state attorney general’s office to go to court to enforce compliance.

Oh. Oh I see.

Do they deep dive every positive test for variants ?  Seems like that would be both time consuming and expensive.  Guess they have some sorta protocol in place. 🤔

Yeah when it starts falling out of the news cycle- bam, new variant!

So the guy who wrote a book about how his diet can provide immunity to Covid is not pro vaccine? Seems legit.

Being complained about by people who use it as their modis operandi. You'd think it would be considered a win.

Hopefully that includes people that got 2 doses earlier in the year and got boosted longer than 6 months later

The administration needs to keep this guy off the air. Just mentioning lockdowns is going to piss people off plus lockdowns will never happen so why even mention it? I have tried defending this guy from imbeciles like Rand Paul and Ted Cruz but he needs to be kept behind the scenes.

The much better place to put your chips is on the concept that this variant only produces mild symptoms.  That's what the limited data says to date though it is very very early.

Got my booster yesterday afternoon. Arm is sore, and a little sluggish today - but I did watch that crapfest of a game, so…

Does this kick the revised "vaccine" back to EUA status?

What happens to the millions of doses of outdated EUA and FDA approved doses?

In the event that vaccine-escape variant emerges, Pfizer and BioNTech expect to be able to develop and produce a tailor-made vaccine against that variant in approximately 100 days, subject to regulatory approval.”

no, it is the same vaccine

How is it the same?

Assuming there is a replacement or "improvement" the previous ones would be obsolete.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID research team just published a study that concluded that there is no significant difference in transmission potential of vaccinated and unvaccinated persons infected with the COVID-19 "Delta variant” in federal prison during an outbreak between July to August 2021.

Literally the same thing that happens with the flu vaccine every year.

Usually what happens with the flu is that they pick the wrong one.

Why can't Jalen Reagor just be anti vax and put in quarantine or something for the rest of his life?
