And one of the primary reasons he's stayed afloat all these years has been the continuing payments he's received from his father's trust. The list of cratered Trump business is a mile long. So I guess that really leaves fame... which is hard to argue. He's certainly famous and it's difficult to imagine anyone else who's more desperate for attention than him. So if that's your North Star of success then good luck.
