Redfield testified that masks were more guaranteed than the vaccine (watch until the end).

The only real way to defeat Covid-19 is to dump Trump and the anti-science morons though.

Didn’t Trump nominate Redfield as head of the CDC though?

Yeah, he did.  Yet he doesn’t take Redfield’s advice on masks, which is kind of interesting.

It’s a science issue, not a political issue, and it wouldn’t change anything about "blame” for the US response. Oh, and BTW, this is definitely not the only study that points to it being a product of a lab. That’s just false.

Yeah I think you've got a point here. Trying to pin blame on China to deflect from our terrible response domestically is absolutely not an attempt at deflection at all. Good call.

All Deaths Matter.  He’s POTUS, not just president of US red states.

BS.

The "study" cites conspiracy websites repeatedly (https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/gmwatch/), is not peer reviewed, and is published by dubious sources with political axes to grind.

Publishing something does not make something scientifically accurate. Subsequent studies must confirm claims made independently.

This isn't science, and it isn't a science issue. It's creative scientific writing in support of a political agenda. Call me back when it's peer reviewed by legitimate medical researchers who support its findings.

Trump is saying Redfield is wrong after the CDC Director he appointed said under oath that masks are more effective than the vaccine.

He's intimately familiar with the medical condition of bone spurs though, so I guess that counts for something.

I'm pretty good, all things considered. You were definitely one of the people I cross referenced on the new board awhile back and was like, "Where the hell is that guy?"

I got the itch to come back when I kept seeing all the hype for week 1. And after watching week 1, I can't say my level of excitement was rewarded, haha.

You still got the GOAT meme of the one guy feeding the other fat guy? I need that meme, it sustains me.

So it’s not peer reviewed, but you know it isn’t science how? Oh, because you don’t like the politics of it.

Did you even read the paper? GMwatch wasn’t used for any of her scientific claims. It was used for 2 of her 10 citations for the claim that other people dispute the natural origins theory.

No one said that publishing something makes it accurate. Again, that’s what makes it a scientific issue and not the political issue you so desperately want it to be. What matters is if what she is saying is true, not your perceived political repercussions.
