It forkin’ sucks! Ok...went through it for two weeks after Christmas (Fng family!!), get a ton of Pedialyte and Gatorade to try and stay hydrated. Pound it....get a big vat 'o tylenol. That's about it.....I would get so exhausted around noon/1pm ish that I'd have to pass out for a couple of hours. Awful headaches, was achy everywhere, especially in my joints/fingers. Rest, fluids, Netflix....about all you can do.
