They do basically the same thing at my hospital for smokers except they have to give it as a discount for non-smokers. I assume that is how they get around any legal issues.

Same at my job for smokers. We also have to get a wellness exam every year (they do it at work or you can schedule it outside, no charge) or they add 50 dollar charge every month.

Whoa Whoa Whoa, you mean to tell me that a vaccine that's been around for less than a year isn't 100% effective at preventing infections? Get out of town! We should just give up. I mean, if it doesn't prevent 100% of potential infections, what's even the point? Wait until KZAnne finds out that people who are vaccinated against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella can still contract those diseases. Yikes.
