I don't think we have enough to win this game.

Embiid has 6 turnovers so far. As a team Chicago has 9.

Embiid and his frickin fade away. Worked last year. Doesnt have it this year. Get Curry some shots.

Our bench is legit!!

NIANG!!!

8 players. 7 in double figures.

Gigantic win.

1000th career coaching win for Doc

What a gutty win.

8 players played. 7 in double figures.

Embiid the only starter to make a 3. Not even Curry hit one.

Niang cold for past 2 games but hit one at a huge moment.

Furk with 25 off the bench. 7-9 from 3. He is the reason we won.

Maxey 10 points, 8 assists and 1 turnover. Wish he provided more of a scoring spark, but best assist game of his career and 8:1 assist to turnover ratio is fantastic.

They had no business even being in this game tonight. Let alone winning.

It got close. Doc looked dumb for a minute. But this was an awesome win.

Im a little concerned Im going to be watching a very flat team on Monday in Philly. And the Knicks kinda seem like a threat even if we were fully healthy. I have to prepare myself for a loss and try to keep it in perspective. Bringing my son for the 1st time too. Hope for an exciting one.

They should definitely rest Embiid tonight.  They have no chance and there are a lot games coming up in a short span.

Yep.  Not gonna beat Chicago, in Chicago, even more short handed than last time.

Ahem...

I was wrong.

Im already on to expecting a loss on Monday now.

This ragtag offensive lineup shot over 53% from the field.

Chicago shot only 40%

If our guys could have defended without fouling this coulda been a massive blowout win. We gave them 30 FTs. They made 24. We only made 15, on 19 attempts. Big discrepancy. Only reason Chicago was close.

I'd be happy to never face Derozan again.  That dude kills us every time.  We won thanks to Vucevic shooting like trash.  Missing Harris on the defensive boards. We've been getting killed on second chance points and he was a 10 rebound guy with no Simmons.

Vuc hasnt had a good game yet for them. Its like a reversal of fortunes. We used to sign shooters and then theyd suck in Philly. Now, guys like Curry, and Niang still get it done here. Vuc has lost his touch in Chicago.

Their fans are starting to boo him apparently. McGinnis commented on it tonight after one of his misses.

The bulls have 3 losses. 2 of them are to a short handed and even more short handed 6ers team. They may be good, but their losses are really embarrassing ones. I am beginning to have some hope that things start to fall apart for them and we can get someone from their back court here in a trade.

I never bought the Bulls hype. They aren't a very good defensive team, DeRozan and Ball are the only ones that play decent defense. DeRozan is a mid range scorer in a 3pt league, Ball had gotten better but, still unspectacular as a scorer. Like you mentioned Vuc is struggling and so that just leaves you with Levine as your main scorer just like before. That's not gonna be enough especially with them not being good defensively.

I think like any other team that puts at least 3 stars together, itll take some time and theyll be looking even better by the end of the year. I think, at least thats more likely than the other scenario.

But, the fact that at least 2 of their 3 losses are embarrassingly bad to such a short handed team hopefully maybe some finger pointing begins and things start to unravel to where someone asks out.

Wow, this time last week I was just hoping for a split with Chicago.  I watch PTI (Wilbon) and some of the other sports talk shows and I bought into the Bulls hype a lil bit.

I don't think they will be terrible at all. I just don't think they will be anything more then a 4-5th seed.

They are already missing Patrick Williams and not a deep team.

I think there might be something to the new ball thing.

Lots of players are complaining and shooting percentages are way down

I’ll take "posts that didn’t age well” for $500 Alex 😆
