It seems over the last few games, maybe Furk and Niang are beginning to break out of their loooooong funk. That would be nice.

This has come and gone in spurts throughout this season so far. But lately, a lot more Joel in the low post. And of course, hes having big games. So nice to see him with his size, under the basket to grab rebounds and get easy putbacks. Offense doesnt have to be so hard everything with turn around or fade away jumpers over double teams. Love to see the big man cherry pick down low where he is just impossible to stop.

Rough shooting night for Maxey.

I'm still not sold on him as a cornerstone piece.

I commend him for his heart and willingness to improve his game, but I don't think his strengths mesh well with Embiid.

I'm not saying we should trade him, but I wouldn't not trade him if it meant getting a top 25 player back

The more this goes on....the more I don't want Lillard!   WTF.....that team has never been close to winning anything.....they are currently 12-20 and out of the playoffs in 12th place in the Western Conference.  They canned their GM....it's a bigger mess than we are.  And yet.....knowing that if he flexed just a bit....he could/would be traded, he'd what?  Rather stay there?  His points and shooting % are at all time career lows or the lowest since 2014.  If I'm the Sixers and Portland NOW comes to me, I'm like yeah....Simmons for Lillard straight up......I'm not tossing in Maxey, Thybulle and 18 draft picks.....no f'ing way.

What's is gonna take to convince you? He's only on year 2 after a covid shortened offseason.  His progression is significant.  He still only like 20 years old.  He has so much more time to grow.  And with his work ethic,  you know he will.

He is a smaller off ball guard. Is he best used as a 6th man or starter no one knows yet until they figure out the Simmons trade.

Come on, you can't understand when he turns the last words syllables into the next words first syllable while changing random letters and forgetting the vowels?

That was so funny.  Can you imagine how hurt Ben would be in that same scenario, with his sensitive self?

yeah. I wish that interaction happened before. It would be interesting to see both videos and compare reactions.

Love that he can genuinely laugh at himself, but you know he’s not taking his performance lightly.  Embiid did it right by comparing him to himself 2 years prior.

Saw this on realgm and think it's about the best we could get. Barrett, Mitchell Robinson, Kemba, Fournier

for

Simmons, Milton

Jaylen Brown last night

30 points on 13/36 shooting, 6 rebounds, and ZERO assists.

Brown and Tatum cannot play together and the Celtics need a guy like Simmons to pair with Tatum. It might just end up working in the off season

RJ is a volume shooter at this point and not really good at it. He is shooting 39.5% from the field and 33.6% from 3, which are worse numbers than last year. He is pretty much down in every per 36 stat from last year.

It could be the system with Thibs because when you watch the team play they have zero offensive rhythm, but I wouldn't take on RJ.

Wonder if the Rubio ACL helps or hurts a Cleveland deal for Ben.

13/36 from Jaylen Brown sounds horrible too.

Who do the Cavs have to trade at this point? Or you still trying to get an inured Sexton at this point.

Difference is one is an All Star that is a legit shot creator and other isn't. I'm pointing out that Tatum and Brown will never be able to play together.

He's never been a great shooter, but all too willing to jack it up without thinking anyway, even when he was at Duke.  It was one of the weaknesses of that team.

I'm not trying to get anyone.  Just wondering if that injury changes things between the 2 teams in negotiations.

I don't think I want anyone who puts up 36 shots with 0 assists.  That's not Tatums fault.

I just heard on the news that Glenn Rivers will enter Covid protocol.  I forgot the name of who they said will replace him tonight but I know it wasn't Sam Cassell.

[Woj] Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers has entered the league’s Covid protocols, team source tells ESPN. Assistant Dan Burke will take over as acting coach.

Let the win streak commence
