Harden takes us to the East Conference Finals, 100% guaranteed (as long as there are no major injuries and Maxey is not part of the deal, which he wouldn't be).  You can take that to bank.

If we get Harden without giving up Maxey and neither Maxey, Embiid, or Harden get hurt during the playoffs for an extended period, a random game here or there does not count, we will get to the Eastern Conference Finals.  I will bet that.  You will change your names to 3for4 and I will change mine to whatever you want...Jalen Reachor, I picked him or whatever you prefer.
