Kork still sucks after all that time on the bench.

Joe playing solid, should have been gaining experience all year. Shake really stepping up.

Refs really screwing 6ers right now.

Man Maxey has the turbo boosters on

Toby bag is in playoff form tonight!

amazing how often the 6ers get jobbed at home.

Came down to the sixers blowing it against the pistons.

If they can’t beat Toronto then they were going nowhere anyway.

I hope the Celtics have fun playing the Nets.

BB Paul looked like an all star tonight. How Doc hasn’t been playing him over Jordan and Millsap is completely dumbfounding.

would be an absolute crime if DJ gets the backup minutes over Reed in the playoffs after what he’s shown these last few games.  I’d feel better about their chances against the Raptors if Reed was backing up Embiid, but I know it won’t happen.  Raptors in 6.

Is it though? Doc sucks.

Doc got extremely defensive about DAJ in his pressser when asked about Reed’s performance 🤣

Bball Paul had an awesome performance. He and Milton scored 55 points. Kormaz and Joe chipped in another 17. 72 points from the bench.

A bench that was missing, Niang who has been one of the best bench players we have.

All season we thought our bench still sucks.

What we have been reminded of is, these guys can play when given the opportunity.

When you have enough stars to keep 2 on the court at all times, the opportunities for the bench players decrease dramatically, as they tend to defer. When these guys have a green light and feel unencumbered by the stars alongside them, they can do quite alright.

Most of this season it was very easy to forget the many amazing bench player performances we saw early on that lead our team to wins while incredibly short handed dealing with Simmons holding out, covid cases, and injuries.

Once the team became "full strength" the bench and other role players began to look like trash. Tonight was a very interesting reminder of how well these guys can play when they play great team ball, and play free.

Too many "stars" here. The pendulum already began to swing back the opposite way last season. We need to get off of that idea of roster building and get on the leading edge of the curve. Process took too long and by the time this team wanted to compete, it was nearly too late. We ended up with few opportunities and squandered each of them.

Depth and team ball are how you win in today's NBA and in the near future. If we are one of the earlier teams to recognize that, we will have more opportunities at a championship.

Doc is a freaking moron who only has a job because he was given a freaking stacked team over a decade ago and they won a championship.

True. Then quit you should quit.

The short version of my post is that Paul Reed, and Shake Milton wouldnt have had nearly the same performance if Embiid and Harden had played.

Team needs to find the right balance of star power, and letting the role players play an actual meaningful role that they can shine in.

wow....

The funniest thing about it is that he got the first dose but still can’t play in the games in Toronto.

That's hilarious that the Cs will likely get the Nets.  Let them have fun with each other.  Talk about a series where you wish both teams could lose.

I don’t see the Nets losing to the Cavs but who knows
