If Simmons has an ounce of competitive spirit he is doing everything he can do to play by Game 3 or 4

Simmons won't play unless he is sure he won't face the 76ers.

It was the weirdest thing.  Brown hits a basket, I cheered.  Kyrie drains a bucket, I cheered.  Tatum scored,  I cheered.  Somehow my brain was convinced that they could both lose.

It was definitely one of those games but it was so good that you look past it.

Obviously Maxey was great but I loved how Harris was aggressive from the start. 

If only we could get that version of Tobi throughout the playoffs 

I had a FB comment removed by a philly friend of mine.  Older and I guess more religious (which isn't hard to do).  He's one of those who has to post stuff that a lot of people posts with zero originality like "Support Ukraine" or Boston Strong...or ....Ice Bucket challenge...stuff like that.  He posted yesterday "He has Risen"!!  For Easter.  He had about 50 religious responses and then mine sprinkled in the middle that said, "is this about Tyrese Maxey"?

I don't think the Sixers knew what they had in Maxey until really recently and that is because of Doc's refusal to play young guys last year. 

If they knew what they had then I don't trade for Harden, keep Seth/Drummond, and let Simmons rot for the entire year. Then figure it out in the summer.

Idk i think morey and Rubin wanted harden and if they could make a trade to get him for a package they felt comfortable giving up they would’ve done it regardless of maxey’s development cause they wanted him since last year when he was on the rockets. Frankly not trading with the rockets worked out better as they got to keep maxey and less so thybulle whereas i think both are gone if we dealt with the rockets 

I think the more interesting question is if the sixers had the answer to harden declining and not being close to what he was in 20-21 and with the rockets in the long term would they still make that trade and not look to make the trade with someone like Sacramento.
