I agree with this.

Our presidential candidates are 74 and 77. Our Senate Majority Leader is 78. Our House Speaker is 80. The average age of our Senate is 62. The average age of our House is 57. ...And the average age of every living American is 37. We can’t pretend this isn’t part of the problem.

I mentioned this previously on this board, and in the past years ago on the other board.   I'm not sure Howie has ever come out and said it this plainly, but Howie is telling the truth here.

Whose we??? Are you now speaking for others? Perhaps you speak for a group of mutes without fingers???

Or do you have disassociative identity disorder? Or is your name Legion?

If so how many is " many"😳

We...people with common sense. This is a forum with multiple people. You are trying really hard to be witty and failing miserably.

Not the smartest podcaster, but I enjoyed listening to him over the years.

So do you speak for those people and if so are they aware that you are speaking for them?

Do you have a consensus on whats common thought?

Any surveys you can produce that show your way of thinking is common sense?

Maybe you should start a poll.

How difficult is it to speak for your self???

Honestly I think there should be age requirements on voting, 21 the start

65 your done voting, it's not your future anymore.

When you decided to work with ESP, you lose credibility in my book. It's just about feeding the trolls.

The chemistry was bad. He dumbed things down and got into discussions with ESP you could tell were manufactured. Splitting with BLG was detrimental to both.

CDC doesn't agree with itself over the last few months, so whatever. Again, yeah...protests OK! GOP gatherings BAD. We get it and see the hypocrisy. I know...the protesters are ALL wearing masks and there is no political agenda to the CDC or anyone else saying they are not equally to blame.

Two person repetitive argument. Summarize, outside gatherings with no mask and no social distancing a bad idea, inside gatherings with no mask and no social distancing worse. Either with chanting, shouting or singing probably even worse.  Both agree on mask wearing.  Both disagree on politics.

I'd bet money Sherman is trying to make this about race.  Ride that wave while it's hot.  Sorry if that sounds ignorant but it's the truth.

Fact of the matter is Cam is a shell of himself.  He's been hurt, inconsistent and a primidona.  I loved Cam at Auburn, hate what he turned in to once the fame, success and popularity got to his head.  He went the same road that Donovan went.  Once I saw Donovan dance in the Dallas tunnel I was done with him.

Newton was really good in the first half of 2018 before he got hurt. The past 1.5 seasons have been injury riddled. Is he a shell of himself? Maybe. Or maybe he’s healthy again and can return to form.

Anyone making definitive statement is talking out of their butts. We really have no idea.

If Cam Newton was healthy, he's worth 35M/Y on the open market. He might be shot in a time in which teams are terrified of being cash-strapped. So he got a minimum, incentive-laden deal. If he plays well, he'll get paid. That's fair.

Sherman likes complaining about every and anything. People always point to Foles in this situation and say that he's overpaid, but fail to remember and bring up that he initially signed a minimum deal to be a backup, started in injury relief, won playoff games and a Super Bowl, and THEN cashed in. It's the same route guys like Winston and Newton are trying to do and it's what Kaepernick should do if he really wants to play (which he doesn't). Foles set that blue-print. Almost every team across the league is opting to draft a QB to be their starter or backup, keep him in the system for a few years on a team-friendly deal, and hope that he pans out (like the Eagles are doing with Hurts). Few teams are giving big money to backup QBs anymore other than a handful.

There is not one team in the NFL right now where you can make a case for them giving Newton a big deal whether it's because they already have a good QB, have one that they still view potential in and don't want to give up on (Cleveland, NYJ), opted to draft a QB high in the draft (CIN, MIA, LAC), or have a set backup (Oakland).

That's what a 'prove it' deal is all about.  What team is going to give him a huge contract without being able to work him out, medical test him, etc.?  So, he has a chance to 'prove it'.  We'll see what he is now.  But, what we saw over the past 24 games, isn't worth 'market value' for a starting NFL QB.

His style of play lends to injury and hes damaged goods.

He was most effective when he could run around over and through defenses while being a threat to throw.

Once that skill set diminished due to age and injury he has to realize more on his passing ability which hasnt ever been his strong suit.

I think he can still be effective as a starting qb but not transcendent anymore.

To suggest he is is talking out of ones butt IMO.

That's how the market works.  Have a career year heading into FA, you get a payday, far above what you are likely truly worth.  Have a horrible year or injury right before FA and you get little bites, and likely need to 'bet on yourself'.  This is nothing new.

Cam has been getting injured a lot lately. Also his throws were horrible before they finally took him out. That may have been from injury but if it’s not then he’s done
He did have some great talent but it may have been wasted

He had a bunch of tweets saying it was for health and his family. It sounded like he might be leaving the business all together In his other tweets and doing something else. I know he began dating some girl with kids so I’m guessing that might be factoring into this.

One can still effect change for one self by voting after 65 though.

Id put in a law that one cant be a politician or federal judge after 65.

Those people had their chance to do what they wanted in public office.

Time to set them out to pasture, let the young blood ruin the country and enrich themselves😒

The biggest issue with cam is his ability as a passer. He never developed as much as he should’ve and relied on being a running QB and his physical nature at the position. If you look he’s been at under 60 percent completion in 7 of his 9 seasons. In 2018 he was at a career high of 67 that was also in part they had to run short and intermediate routes much more cause by midseason he couldn’t throw the ball down field. To me he never got to the point as a passer and reading the defenses well enough where he could consistently beat you with his arm.

Frankly i don’t really think the patriots weapons are all that great. He actually had better weapons in Carolina with mccaffrey, Samuel, Anderson and DJ Moore where i thought of he were healthy he could have more success.

Huge part of the problem. Mandatory term limits. Six terms in the House, two in the Senate with a cumulative limit of fifteen years.  Means if you choose to serve five or six House terms, you cannot run for Senate.   If you want to serve two Senate terms, you are limited to one House term. You are limited to living on the median salary of your constituents plus housing and transportation in and to and from DC and plus or minus whatever cost of living differential there is between your district/state and DC  while you are in office.

Add a full disclosure requirement to ads after the primary.  All leftover campaign funds after each election goes to the treasury to pay down the deficit including PACs, union campaign funds and take corporations out of it by stating they are not persons under the Constitution. No donations outside you district or state allowed, including national parties.

Foolish.

Without the work done by Ben Franklin during the Revolution, there likely is no United States of America.  He was 70 years old in 1776.
