We probably went overboard. We tend to get way off topic at this time of year.  Given the NFLPA’s statement, I suspect they and the NFL are miles apart on how to reopen. Not sure football happens this year.

I have found PMs work. Ignore works too.  You and I know that there are subjects we need to respect each other’s views on. I am not changing yours and vice versa.  It is pretty easy to do so.  As you have said many times, it is easy to not read a post too.

Given the spikes all over the US I'm not sure it should either. If it was under control and on the decline like other parts of the world then sure but its not.

it just seems too likely there will be a team who gets tested on a Saturday and 20 players test positive. If that happens, there’s no game. Will the team have to forfeit? 
 

Even worse... a player gets it then goes home and gives it to grandma and she dies. 

It sucks but I don’t think it’s worth the risk. The people I feel bad for are the businesses that will suffer with no football.

I’ve golfed four times this year already just because there’s nothing much else to do and it seems to be a safe social outing.

golfed  2 times. 1st time a New Zealand senior Amatuer Golfer took me and a buddy to a really nice course next to a Bay in Rotorua. He had won some trophy that year in some tournament. He took us over christmas break. Id never played before so he was helping me with my swing my buddy and i both finished with better scores than him, he spent most the day yelling at his ball clubs trees small woodlamd creatures the sky and blades of grass, i had a good time though beautiful day beautiful coarse and he paid for everything.My buddy was pretty good he was a mvp highshool qb and played DB at BYU i figured if i could beat some guy who had been playing his whole life and not finish far off from my buddy who was a pretty good athlete and had played before that there wasnt much to it. I like miniature golf better more fun to plays with dates rather than grumpy old men😊
